It went well. They were very nice to work with. They had installed new roofs on both my brother-in-law and my father's houses. They were also very pleased with Brewster.

I noticed some water spots on my ceiling after a rain storm and climbed into my attic where I could see daylight next to the vents, along with water trickling in. I described my problem on the online contact form through Brewster Roofing's web site on a Tuesday night. Glenn called me on Wednesday and confirmed that 12-15 year old roofs commonly have leaking like this around the vents. He provided an estimate and said they could be out on Thursday or Friday and that I didn't need to be home for the repair. He promised to call if the issue was something other than the rubber flashing boots around the vents, or if it was going to be more than the original estimate. They performed the work on Thursday as promised. Glenn was very professional and I appreciated the quick responses. As an added bonus, Brewster guarantees all their work for 5 years. I will definitely check with them for any other roof repair needs.

The installation was flawless and the communicated with me throughout the process on exactly when they would arrive. They completed the roof in 2 days exactly like they said they would and they cleaned up so well that even a year later I only found one single nail that they left behind. I recommend them to everyone I know.

They were better than excellent. They came out when they said they would and were very thorough in their estimate. They have excellent pricing. They were very good about answering questions. They were prompt and did all of the work in one day. They did an excellent job at cleaning up. The roof looks great.

Fantastic! I can not say enough good things about Mark Brewster, the owner and Glenn, the foreman. They were both on the job several times a day. The workers were very neat and cleaned up each day as promised in the contract. They have the most detailed contract about what they will do and they came through on every item.

I received three bids on the roof replacement. One was high and the other two were somewhat close. After speaking with each representative, I was confident that each would have done a good job. I chose Brewster for a couple reasons. This is a family owned business, second generation. Mark Brewster came to my house to do the estimate and followed up with phone calls answering all my questions. He continued to be in contact during the installation and let me know he would be checking the work. When I got home this evening, the work was done. It looks great. They did a fine job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

Job 1: Decided to put a new roof on prior to moving into new house. Received a bid from Brewster for our old home, previously, & were very impressed with Mark. He explained everything & then provided a very competitive bid. Crew did an excellent job, expected no less based upon our previous dealings. Highly recommend Brewster! Job 2: I discovered a leak in my roof. Mark was at my door within 15 min of our phone call. He found one of the downspouts on the upper portion was draining into a vent & causing the leak. Put up some tin shingles as a temporary fix, then contacted the gutter co. for an additional piece of gutter to add to the downspout so water would bypass the vent altogether. Mark installed the new piece. It is supposed to rain quite a bit at the end of the week, so I'll know if this solution works. Based upon all of my previous dealings with Mark, I fully expect this to work. Kudos, for providing OUTSTANDING customer service! You have my roofing business now & in the future!

Brewster Roofing was very professional, responsive, and did a great job for us. They provided addresses for other jobs they had done, and specifically for shingle types we wanted to see applied. At a time when roofers were very busy due to a hailstorm, Brewster got back to us when they said they would, and performed the work in a timely manner. A representative we talked to from a different company never did show up or call back.

PROMPT/CLEAN (DAMAGED SOME SPOUTING WITH A LADDER, BUT THEY REPLACED IT AT NO CHARGE). RETURNED AND REPAIRED BATHROOM VENT PIPE WHEN A SMALL WATER LEAK WAS DETECTED.

EITHER OF THE WORKERS MARK OR RICHARD (THE FATHER OR SON) WAS ON THE JOB EVERY DAY. THEY CAME WITH A CREW THAT DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THIS IS A RELIABLE ROOFING COMPANY.

ESTIMATOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ACCURATE. WORKMEN WERE VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. TOTALLY CLEANED UP AND DISPOSED OF ALL WASTE MATERIALS, INCLUDING USING POWERFUL MAGNET TO PICK UP LOOSE NAILS FROM THE LAWN.

THIS COMPANY NOW HAS DONE 3 ROOFS ON MY STREET. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
