Went to store & we were told it would be 2 more weeks & then another week to have item assembled & painted making this process 3 months! Felt like we were getting the run-around so told them wanted to cancel order & refund credit card. Was told we had to contact credit card company. Did so that very day but they were surprised store did not handle this. Filed dispute with credit card company & told they would contact retailer & retailer had 15 days to respond meaning our money would be tied up even longer.
Not happy so next day we went to store & politely demanded a credit refund. Person did not know how to do that so we spent nearly 2 hours on phone with credit card company & Wood You home office. We will get our refund thanks to our insistence. While in store another gentleman was unhappy that he had been waiting for 6 months for a chair! Not sure how his case was settled. Looks to us like the store is going out of business as there is very little merchandise & sign on door says they now take consignment furniture.
Will never use this company again & recommend others STAY AWAY!!!Licensing
