Went to store & we were told it would be 2 more weeks & then another week to have item assembled & painted making this process 3 months! Felt like we were getting the run-around so told them wanted to cancel order & refund credit card. Was told we had to contact credit card company. Did so that very day but they were surprised store did not handle this. Filed dispute with credit card company & told they would contact retailer & retailer had 15 days to respond meaning our money would be tied up even longer. Not happy so next day we went to store & politely demanded a credit refund. Person did not know how to do that so we spent nearly 2 hours on phone with credit card company & Wood You home office. We will get our refund thanks to our insistence. While in store another gentleman was unhappy that he had been waiting for 6 months for a chair! Not sure how his case was settled. Looks to us like the store is going out of business as there is very little merchandise & sign on door says they now take consignment furniture. Will never use this company again & recommend others STAY AWAY!!!
Description of Work: More like what did the provider NOT DO! Ordered a TV stand Feb. 26,2014 & paid for it in full. It was to take 8 weeks to receive. We checked on item at 6 weeks to see if it might be here sooner. Were told it was "on the way". 8 weeks passed & at 9 weeks I called, twice, to check on item. Had to leave message both times & call was NOT returned.

Description of Work: We ordered a book case from them in September, paid up front and were told it would take 6 - 8 weeks which would have put it in the end of Oct. When we hadn't heard from them by the end of November and we were told "we have to call the shipper in St. Louis to find out when they can deliver it. Nothing by mid December we called again and were told the same thing in addition to the holiday's have gotten them behind a little". Still nothing from them and it's the 19th of January. They never follow up with the customer but leave it up to the customer to keep checking back with them. Very poor customer service, prices pretty high for what you are supposed to get. We not only paid for an unfinished book case but having them stain it to match our other furniture then deliver it to our house. So far they don't even have the book case nor any idea when it'll be here. I, at this point,
