+ 0 moreTimely, price was correct and they were helpful in all manners, from getting the truck to them to getting me back to my truck. Done almost a week earlier than promised. No hidden charges or extra fees.
Description of Work: I have a 2001 Ford F150 that decided that it needed a new transmission. After looking at the reviews on here, I called and had my truck towed to them. They have an arrangement with a towing service and will put it on your bill. And this is a real arrangement, not the one like with Comb's Auto Service and Tire in Kirkwood, where they charged me almost 100$ for a two less than three miles. Henry's gives you a discounted rate for the tow. They were helpful, and they quoted me a firm price for a transmission rebuild and that is exactly what I paid, not a penny more. They were done almost five days earlier than they expected and were amazing about helping me get down there to them to pay and pick up my truck. Be sure to call and schedule an appointment because these guys are super busy. Which cuts both ways. You don't want to wait, but if you want good service and honest answers to what is wrong with your car, these are the guys you want. I cannot recommend them enough. (and when I told them I found them on Angie's List with A+ ratings, they had no idea. But they sure were happy to hear that.)

+ 0 moreI've used Henry's before because they are one of my favorite car repair places in the area. I spoke with Jerry about what I needed, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After a couple of conversations, he had me all scheduled for Saturday morning. That's where Mike took over. He was equally friendly and helpful. Bottom line, these guys are awesome, they won't charge you for things you don't need, and they are professionals.

I was beyond stressed out having just purchased a vehicle the previous week only to find out that the dealer sold it to me with bad rear brakes and the guys at Henry's were professional, helpful, and sincere. I went there because I had read a lot of positive reviews and they did not disappoint ! After spending most of the day feeling really taken advantage of by the car dealer, it was nice to feel like someone genuinely wanted to be helpful and get me back on the road in a vehicle that was safe for me and my family. Now that I know where they are located and the kinds of services they provide I anticipate taking my car back to them for all my regular maintenance as well as any future repairs.
Description of Work: Brakes were inspected and it was determined that the rear brakes, pads, rotors needed to be replaced.

My husband is particular about most things and that includes his tires on his car! He was very pleased with their recommendation and the work was performed in a timely manner. He will go back to buy tires again, and he would go there for other work except that he has an old British car so he goes to a mechanic that specializes in that type of car.

+ -1 moreThe work was excellent and they did a great job! We were going to take the car to a dealership, but someone recommended them to us because they said were great. We live in Las Vegas and we were in town when we realized we needed auto service. We called them and they told us to bring the car right in. They were quick and finished the work through our lunch time. While we there, the service manager there was good about being totally honest. If he had bad news for any of his customers, he told them gently and would work with them to fix only the necessary things until the major repair could be afforded. The waiting area is small, but it is comfortable. The majority of the space is given to their technicians and in the space they work in. They were very busy and must have had at least nine cars being worked on at once. We recommended Henry’s Auto and Tire to our relatives in the area.
Description of Work: We had a brand new 2013 Kia Optima that we had driven across country and we needed it serviced. They did some general auto service for us.
