Stephans Contracting LLC

Stephan's Contracting LLC was prompt and courteous over this multiple day handyman assignment.  He left no debris for us to clean up, and all of his work is of the highest quality.  Our kitchen cabinets which had ten years of water drips look brand new.  Our front door, which has been a problem for years in terms of closing and operating, works like a charm inside and out (on a prior occasion he sanded and refinished the door so that it looks wonderful).  The front door lock was an intermittent operation clunker until Stephan's Contracting LLC removed it and hand repaired it.  It now works easily without having to put your shoulder to the door to get the lock to function.  The weather stripping works excellently as a replacement for the old brass system.
He promptly and efficiently recaulked two bathroom tubs at the floor and wall levels, removing the old caulk (which had separated and had some early black mold).  It is the prettiest caulking job I have ever seen.  Stephan and I worked together to move the router and modem, and Stephan was able to give me sound advice and measurements for the additional cables required to make the move and for the modifications to the electrical plugs and extension devices.  The repair of the baseboard was expertly and timely performed.  He accomplished the frame repair and rehanging of the picture, including drilling new holes and installing screw hangers in the plaster wall.  We are completely satisfied with this contractor.  
We have used him for more than twenty years as our handyman.  He is pleasant, clean and a fun guy.  He is very hard working and efficient.
