Legendary Concrete

Job was started 4/11/18. I immediately saw that the caulk was a light tan and stood out in an unsightly way. Tom Stone told me he would put sand on top of wet caulk to blend it in. That worked, but sand only adhered in a sporadic way. There are small areas with sand and more stretches with only shiny caulk. Now the caulk has totally lifted out of joints in driveway, cracked , and in some areas edges can be physically lifted up. Either the product was not applied properly or he used a faulty product. The sealant was applied on a day when it rained very hard that night. A small section at end of driveway had to be replaced. On that corner a rotting piece of wood was left and then continued with caulk filling the rest of the long horizontal edge across the end of the driveway. It is unsightly! Mops, buckets, bag of concrete, were left on front lawn for two days and was told he was on the way here but did not show. That happened twice when I called with my concerns. My patio furniture was removed and stored in the flower/tree beds. Tom Stone's final payment was on 4/18/18 and he promised to return the next day with his helper to put huge umbrella, Weber grill, table/chaurs, and two heavy flower pots back on patio. I have called him at least 15 times about this, as well as, caulk problems. He finally called me back 4/24/18 and said he had been sick and did not return any calls, but would be here the next day - he did not show. I called every day, but he would not answer. On 5/2/18 he answered yelling, "I can't do this! My truck broke down on a country road and is being towed as I speak. I can't do this and don't know when I will be over there now that I don't even have a truck." I was shocked as he did not say hello and immediately started yelling the above at me. I texted him 5/5/18 in an attempt to get him to put my furniture back on the patio and fix the driveway problems. His response, "I am too busy to go back and forth with you and don't have the energy so say what you want and have a nice e day." I am dumbfounded. He went directly to my bank with my checks and cashed them as soon as he left my home. He seemed like a nice guy until I signed the contract. I have to hire two men from somewhere to move patio items and hire another contractor to fix my driveway. I live alone and this is causing undue stress.
