They did a good job. The cost was exactly what they said. They showed up on time. I had them twice, and both times worked out great. They were really clean.

It was a job I could do myself and it was getting expensive. They were very trustworthy. I could trust them in my home without me being here which was always nice. They did a fine job. They kept changing people. The one lady I really ended up getting a job in the office so she was no longer here.

It's a small company. They were excellent. They call me the day before and tell me what time they are going to show up to do the housecleaning. They come in and get the job done quickly and the house looks nice when I get home. They do what they say they are going to do. Their prices are fair.

They do general maintenance of the homes, and we contracted them to do the windows for us. It’s a special service that they do. They’ve been outstanding. The windows hadn’t been cleaned in this house in almost 10 years and they are really clean; you can eat off of them now. I fell asleep while they were here and while I woke up, I thought they had taken the windows out of the house. It was so clear that I thought they were gone. I’ve never seen windows that clean. Two guys came in and did it. They were quite as church mice. I would use them again when the time comes, but you don’t have to have that type of cleaning on your windows very often. They got down and cleaned the little gutter in the bottom and everything; they don’t just clean the windows. Their price seems a little high but it took them quite a while and the results were phenomenal. They were really good.

They seemed fine but we decided to go with an individual instead of a larger company. Their price was reasonable and they were extremely professional.

I began using Wall2Wall Cleaning Service in August, 2010. I received quotes from several cleaning services, inlcluding one person who had cleaned for me at another house. When Amber, the owner came to look at my house and give me a quote and the services she provides, I was very impressed with not only her presentation, but her personality also. I'm 64 so everyone looks young to me! When you meet Amber, don't let her younger age be a reason for concern. I didn't ask how old she was because talking with her was like talking to someone who had run her own business for 20 years! I made the decision to use Wall2Wall Cleaning Service. Amber provided a list of everything that would be done the first time her crew came. Included was literally a Wall2Wall and ceiling to floor list for both the main floor and our finished basement. Of course, that first cleaning was more expensive than a week to week cleaning. However, the crew cleaned things I hadn't even thought of. Bottom line - I hired Wall2Wall Cleaning to come to my house every other week to clean the main floor. We rarely use the basement. I don't know how many crews Amber has, but Tami is the team leader for my house. And Tami is a terrific team leader! Having not met the other team leaders, they would have to be exceptional to equal the quality of Tami's work and supervision of the team. Over the past 40 years, I have had many cleaning services or cleaning person. Since moving to MO from Texas, this is the only company I have used. They truly are exceptional. An e-mail to Amber is answered within 10 minutes. I had a short notice special request for today that the team dust and vacuum the basement. No problem. All the work on both floors was done quickly, and no shortcuts taken. I write very few reviews. I am proud to write this one. I highly recommend Wall2Wall Cleaning Service if you need a one time cleaning job or someone on a regular basis. If you want to talk to me personally, let Amber know and she will contact me. Very clean young men. Wore shoe coverings, worked well together and fast. I had animals they were careful to make sure where they were. Worked liked they had done this before very organized. I will also have them come back later this year to power wash the house. Great experience.

Very well. We contracted with Wall 2 Wall Cleaning to do a thorough cleaning of our home every other week and just to do the bathrooms and floors on the weeks in between. The crew is prompt, courteous and professional. Our house always looks and smells good after they have been here. They don't seem to have any problem with our dog, security system or with one of us working from home time to time.

Great. After only 2 times, they are cleaning my house exactly how I want it done. I have had many cleaning services over the years, and this is by far the most responsive one I have had. Amber, the owner, worked with me and her crew to get everything cleaned that I want cleaned every week and in the way that I want it cleaned. They also use "green" products that don't smell up your house with fumes, but they leave your house smelling very nice and clean. I think it is hard to find owners that care and really nice cleaning ladies that you don't mind having in your home. This company has both. I am really happy!

I have not used them yet. My experience with them so far has been very good. I was very impressed with the owner who came to give me the estimate. Wall 2 Wall Cleaning Service worked with me very well.

I left a message for Amber and she got back to me very quickly. We set up an appoint for the following week. Tammy and Amy showed up on time and quickly proceeded to go to work. They worked diligently for 4 1/2 hours. They did a wonderful job and will be coming back every 2 weeks.
