"As the owner of Integrity Custom Painting, I have received many written reviews across many platforms. I have never received less than 5 star reviews. My company is a Super Service Award winning company for 4 years running. PROFESSIONALISM: My reviews substantiate my superb professionalism with each and every client. PUNCTUALITY: I contacted you every morning when heading your way as well as communicating the night before regarding start time. RESPONSIVENESS: I first received a call, then also a text. In both instances, I responded by phone within minutes. The quality of my work and effort meets my high standard. My pricing is on par with the fine finish work I offer. During your column transformation project, you asked me to look at a hand painted brown metal door and asked if I could paint it. You showed me sample paint you had purchased in effort to match to your other wood doors which we agreed could not be used. I suggested a couple of options: 1. To repaint a color to better match 2. To faux grain using a proven technique. I showed you sample doors from previous projects I had done & provided pricing for both options. The faux grain option was chosen. I wrote up a contract detailing what would be done and that we would need to agree on a color. I purchased stains that we initially agreed on using, then purchased additional lighter stain the next day per your approval. I advised I would do my best to match as close as possible. I never guaranteed a perfect match explaining metal is not wood and stain will respond differently. Throughout entire process I invited you to observe the process to ensure your satisfaction with the faux finish as it was in progress. Once complete, we compared to another door for closeness of match, which you agreed was satisfactory. I suggested we allow it to dry over weekend and I would reattach the next business day, at which time I would also apply a poly coat at no additional cost. Upon completion, you stated you were satisfied. When you contacted me with concerns of the color being too dark I immediately responded with a call. I offered to strip the door and repaint a solid color. I advised you would need to select and purchase new paint but that I would need to be compensated for additional labor as I had upheld and completed my contractual obligation. I offered to do it at less than my normal hourly rate as a gesture of good will. You texted me to advise you had opted to redo it yourself, which I accept. I am sorry you are unsatisfied; you stated previously that you were happy with the final result. Reflecting back I am convinced I gave my very best professional effort, communicated every step of the way and addressed your concerns with utmost care and professionalism."
