On 10/5 I Ordered the same carpeting and pad for my basement and master bedroom areas. Paid for carpet with master bedroom included. Verified it was included with sales person Lloyd and 2 others at front desk before I signed receipt. They come to install 2 weeks later and say oh master bed is not included. We don't have that much carpeting with us. I call Lloyd and mgr Greg and they are extremely rude, say they don't know what I'm talking about and it must have been a "computer glitch". But if we want master bed carpet it will be another $1400. I was floored and infuriated. I verified 3 times with 3 different people that all these areas were included. On their "quotes" they only say sq yards/ft. They don't list actual rooms. Which is scandalous if you ask me. Which is why I was very thorough on making sure master was included. My husband (a business owner himself) just decided to eat the cost to get this done. Which I did not want to do but agreed to in order to get this completed by the holidays. So another 2 weeks go by we have to wait to get the carpeting in for the master bedroom. They show up on 11/11 with the wrong carpeting! after I have for a second time moved all furniture and accessories from my room. Wrong weight. Wrong color. Again become infuriated. Call the store and again Lloyd and the liar he is tries to pass the buck that he thought we wanted a different color for the bedroom. Umm nooooo!!!! We ordered same color/type for the entire house. Tried to talk to manager and of course get nowhere with him either. I will never purchase from Home Depot again. Now taking this to small claims court. And will be posting this review everywhere possible. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. And steer clear of Lloyd in carpeting. He has no clue what he is doing and is terrible at his job. And then lies I suppose to save his job. Worst experience of all time.
