It went very well. The owner came and did the work and addressed and took care of any pest concerns we had. He was very professional and friendly.

The owner of the business, Dan, came promptly when I called. He investigated and gave me a bid to do the work, which was to drill holes around my entire house, and also through the south basement walls into the ground below the crawl space, and to spray some special chemical in the holes to kill the termites, then to seal up all the holes. Worked perfectly. The following year I saw a termite swarm near my home and he came out again and treated the areas--but this time no charge. A great guy and great work, done in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent. He was super kind and knowledgeable. We appreciate him coming out to take a look at our possible termite problem. Fortunately, no problems. He informed us on what to look for in the future. We were very satisfied with his time spent at our house. As, fall approaches, we will have them out for a house spray. Thank you!

At first call, the Eagle Pest rep was very polite and inviting. He answered the phone immediately ( I did not have to leave a message) and answered my questions in a warm way. After calling two other providers who were not as pleasant speaking, I called Eagle Pest back to ask them a few more questions about my issue and their recommendations. Again, the Eagle Pest Rep was pleasant and did not feel at all bothered by answering my questions. when Jon (I believe) came out to spray, he called 10 minutes before showing up (on time) and proceeded to spray the home. He sprayed the kitchen, all the bathrooms, bedrooms, basement, garage and the exterior of the house. He answered my questions, offered suggestions and explained to me what I should do if I had any other issues. The entire experience was very pleasant. Eagle Pest was not the least expensive of the 3 services that I called but because their great customer service, on the phone and on location, I chose this company. I am surely willing to pay a premium for good quality customer service.

It was a very positive experience. Dan was easy to reach by phone and I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. On the day of the service he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was profession, friendly and courteous. He did a thorough spraying both inside and outside and did the termite inspection, which was negative. He explained everything that he did to my understanding and answered all my questions. I felt the cost of the spraying was reasonable. Dan gave me an estimate for termite prevention treatment which I thought was also reasonable. I would definitely use his servie again.

I called an left a message and got a quick call back which I appreciated. A meeting was set up for the following day to have my porch area examined for insects. The examiner arrived on time and reviewed the damage and determined that it was due to carpenter ants. He sprayed a repellent as needed to keep the ants out of the porch. He was professional and efficient. I would hire this company again if needed.

technician was very professional. on time. explained the process. we haven't had any bug issues since then. would highly recommend!

They have done several pest inspections for me in relation to home sales.

The inspection was very thorough. Dan took extra time to track down where the termites could be entering. He finally identified their very unusual and hidden entry way and recommended treatment accordingly. Treatment was scheduled within 2 days of inspection. Dan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things throughout the process. Both Dan and his technician were professional, personable, and accommodating. We will definitely use Eagle Pest Control again and recommend them to others.

It was fine. They were courteous and professional. We had little issues with scheduling and them canceling the appointment. Other than that we have been very pleased overall. I can't really say anything negative. Overall I was very satisfied with what they did for us. I was pleased with their service.

I am assuming the work turned out okay. My wife handles that and she seems pretty happy. We have used them a bunch of times so I am assuming it is a positive relationship. They are very responsive so when she calls them it is easy to set an appointment and they come on time. They are respectful and professional. We have used them for a long time.

Their service was fine; everything was good with them. They are on a quarterly service and have been out three or four times.

It was perfect and they did a fabulous job. In about 1 1/2 years the fleas have never come back. They charged their standard fee. I had been trying to fight the fleas on my own for a long time and he was here for 20 minutes and they were gone. He took care of the problem. They were very very promptly.

I have seen a couple of spiders since their service. I really don't have any opinion about this company. I mean, they did what they were supposed to do.

They are very good. They are just always willing to help and no matter what the issue is they come out right away. They are just a good company since we've lived here.We use them quarterly.

It was fine. They got rid of all the ants. I didn't have trouble with the ants for the last two summers. They came at the expected time frame, they came in with a couple of days when I asked them to come, the price was reasonable and the service was as expected. They did what they said they would do. The price was reasonable.

I called them and they had very competitve pricing for their spraying. Dan was professional and told me that monthly services typically aren't needed unless there is an issue and he recommended quarterly spraying. I liked this because he could have just gone with monthly spraying and made more money but he took the time to give advice on what is needed and what isn't. The only suggestion I have is when spraying the outside, our old pest spraying company used to knock down the cobwebs/spiderwebs as they sprayed. It would be nice if they did that as well, but overall very happy.
