The owner of the business, Dan, came promptly when I called. He investigated and gave me a bid to do the work, which was to drill holes around my entire house, and also through the south basement walls into the ground below the crawl space, and to spray some special chemical in the holes to kill the termites, then to seal up all the holes. Worked perfectly. The following year I saw a termite swarm near my home and he came out again and treated the areas--but this time no charge. A great guy and great work, done in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent. He was super kind and knowledgeable. We appreciate him coming out to take a look at our possible termite problem. Fortunately, no problems. He informed us on what to look for in the future. We were very satisfied with his time spent at our house. As, fall approaches, we will have them out for a house spray. Thank you!

At first call, the Eagle Pest rep was very polite and inviting. He answered the phone immediately ( I did not have to leave a message) and answered my questions in a warm way. After calling two other providers who were not as pleasant speaking, I called Eagle Pest back to ask them a few more questions about my issue and their recommendations. Again, the Eagle Pest Rep was pleasant and did not feel at all bothered by answering my questions. when Jon (I believe) came out to spray, he called 10 minutes before showing up (on time) and proceeded to spray the home. He sprayed the kitchen, all the bathrooms, bedrooms, basement, garage and the exterior of the house. He answered my questions, offered suggestions and explained to me what I should do if I had any other issues. The entire experience was very pleasant. Eagle Pest was not the least expensive of the 3 services that I called but because their great customer service, on the phone and on location, I chose this company. I am surely willing to pay a premium for good quality customer service.

It was a very positive experience.  Dan was easy to reach by phone and I was able to get an appointment within 2 days.  On the day of the service he arrived promptly at the scheduled time.  He was profession, friendly and courteous.  He did a thorough spraying both inside and outside and did the termite inspection, which was negative.  He explained everything that he did to my understanding and answered all my questions.  I felt the cost of the spraying was reasonable.  Dan gave me an estimate for termite prevention treatment which I thought was also reasonable.   I would definitely use his servie again.

I called an left a message and got a quick call back which I appreciated.  A meeting was set up for the following day to have my porch area examined for insects.  The examiner arrived on time and reviewed the damage and determined that it was due to carpenter ants.  He sprayed a repellent as needed to keep the ants out of the porch.  He was professional and efficient.  I would hire this company again if needed.

technician was very professional. on time. explained the process. we haven't had any bug issues since then. would highly recommend!
