I called them and they had very competitve pricing for their spraying.  Dan was professional and told me that monthly services typically aren't needed unless there is an issue and he recommended quarterly spraying. I liked this because he could have just gone with monthly spraying and made more money but he took the time to give advice on what is needed and what isn't.  The only suggestion I have is when spraying the outside, our old pest spraying company used to knock down the cobwebs/spiderwebs as they sprayed.  It would be nice if they did that as well, but overall very happy. 

We called for pest control based on insects and spiders inside the house and a spider infestation by the pool deck outside.  They
were the lowest bid of the three pest control companies I contacted.  They were very responsive with good timeliness in making and keeping the appointment.  They sprayed all the areas in the basement and around the pool, and commented that there wasn't much they could do about the outdoor spider nesting area because it was, well, outside.  We called them back two weeks later because we still had bugs inside the basement, upstairs in the bathroom, and the spiders were back by the pool deck.  They were prompt in coming back for a second treatment.  Now, two weeks later, we still have centipedes and insects in the basement, and I found another nest of spiders in the same area by the pool.  I guess I will buy my own bug spray and have a go at them myself.

Ended with the owner calling to schedule an appointment and explaing the mishap.

They have always responded promptly to our calls for service and taken care of the issue at hand. Great company.

They provided excellent service and ended a problem we had been struggling with for two months. I'd have them back anytime!

The service went well and they took care of what I needed.

They did great work for us. They did a treatment as well as whole house inspection for termites. They were recommended to us by a friend. They were on time, and easy to work with.

They treated the previous owner of the house for termites and we kept with the service. They are courteous, they are prompt and they do a great job. We have no problems. There were a lot of termites before but there haven’t been any since.

I have used them before for ant, spider extermination.   I thought I had swarming ants that I've had before and called them.  He saw the swarm and stated that unfortunately they were swarming termites then, described the difference between the ants and termites when swarming occurs in the Spring.  He sprayed for the ants, spiders etc and gave an estimate of the cost to do termite treatment.    The men were punctual, courteous and answered all my questions leaving me feeling less stressed about the integrity of my home. I've used them for several years. They treat on the inside and outside of my home.

It was a good experience. I hired them because they came in low on their price. They came when they were supposed to and it looks like they did everything they were supposed to.

He is very personable and helped us with the inspection. Also in our current house he spent a long time explaining the history of termite damage in the St. Louis area. He gave us good advice on how to handle the situation. Very informative and intelligent.

We've had them do quarterly spraying since we moved into our house, which is by a park so we seemed to have some bugs and spiders in the basement. They are always on time and friendly.
