He was very thorough in his explanation of what the cost covered and upfront on any extras. He also said all his pricing includes the sanitizer. There was no hidden costs or trying to oversell. He worked me in fairly quick and was very prompt.The only negative comment would be to watch the hose to the vacuum on the trim (especially white trim) it left some marks from rubbing up againt it.

The service was performed just as advertised. He called to set up a time and then on the day, called to say he could come early, if I desired. He was very professional, was in and out in no time after explaining everything. A "no hassle" transaction. I was very pleased!

He contacted me and let me know that I was out of their service area, he was polite about it.

They arrived on time and I had moved all the furniture. They were very thirough in the job. I wanted scoth guard applied and found the cost to be rather excessive. I paid the price but did some investigating later. Most carpet manufacturers do not reccomend this. It can actually void your warranty. However, the did do a thorough job.

Contacted company from Angies List. Discussed what we needed to have done and discounts I had seen on his Angies List listing.  He was up front that there was a maximum square footage per room when using the discounts so we discussed some options and agreed on the best package. He gave a time frame for his arrival and a promise to call before he arrived. He called as he said and arrived on time. We reviewed what we wanted and reconfirmed the cost. He did an excellent job, was professional, thourough and friendly. We were very pleased from start to finish.

I have no complaints about this company. When I first called, I was scheduled right away on the day that I requested. Showed up right on time (may even even been a little early) and did a great job. The price was very reasonable for what I had done. Would definitely use again in the future.

He called ahead, was on time, was very personable & my carpets look great.

I called them and told them what I needed done over the phone.  They indicated to me that they could move heavy furniture, but, when they showed up, I expected at least 2 people, there was 1 gentleman, the owner, who was older, probably retired, and it was evident he couldn't pick up furniture, so I moved it myself.  He did get out a couple of spots we couldn't with over the counter stuff, he did some extra work for a fee, and went okay, but, we didn't get the service we expected from the phone call.  For the extra work and the fee, I expected more for the price.  He was on time and called the day before.  He was knowledgeable and skilled.  I give them okay ratings and would use them in the future. 

They were very professional and courteous. We opted to get a new furnace instead of getting the ducts cleaned.

I've used this company in the past to clean some furniture, so called for an estimate on carpet cleaning. David was quick to return my phone call and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. (He could have come a day earlier, had I been available then) The work was performed quickly and thoroughly and David was very professional. He suggested the additional sanitizer and Scotchgard treatments, but there was no high pressure sales pitch to sell me the extra treatment. I really appreciate that approach! I also asked David about their duct/vent cleaning service. He said he'd noticed my vents needed to be cleaned, but didn't want to bring it up himself. This was a surprise (and a welcome one!) as I'm used to companies pressuring you to do additional services. If I do decide to have that service done, this will be the company I use!

The technician was on time and finished the job in 2 hours. There was no mess left behind. He recommended a replacement filter type and told me where I could find a replacement evaporator for the humidifier. The work was scheduled out 10 days to fit my schedule. Appointments were available within 2 days.

Our 51 year old house appears to have never had the air ducts cleaned, so it was worthwhile. They were very nice, suggested services, did a sanitation procedure, and made the whole project easy. There was very little mess afterwards; they did a great job of cleaning up. They were very quick, thorough, and affordable. Plus, they were super nice, from the guys who did the work to the people who answered the phones. We were very happy with them.
