Price was good. We didn't need one with all the extras and that is hard to find now. Also wanted black so I was limited in all the other stores. Plus the delivery date was a week or more away and I needed it now. They delivered the same day and set it all up; installed the ice maker and changed the handles on the doors. They took the old refrigerator away as part of their service. Very nice and helpful people working in the store.

The work got scheduled quickly and was completed quickly. Cook's seems to have a high markup on its parts, but overall I was satisfied.

Very professional. Called right on time as agreed and arrived shortly thereafter. We have an older oven. The door lock was stuck and the part is no longer available. Serviceman repaired and advised us how to treat it gently to get a little longer life (I had told him I want to replace oven and other appliances within the next year or so.) Super happy with how fast they could schedule us in and how well the serviceman got the job done.

Service call 129.95 to diagnosis the problem. 83.00 for new part. They had it with them so it was very quick fix, less than 15 min. Very quick to respond to my call and very professional.
