NIV Consulting, LLC has been providing Information Technology (IT) Services and Solutions to the small business, medium-sized business, dental office, medical private practice, and the residential client since 2005 in the Greater Saint Louis Area (including Saint Charles County, MO, Warren County, MO, Jefferson County, MO, Franklin County, MO, and on the Illinois side, Madison County, IL and Saint Clair County, IL). We also serve other outlying areas of the Greater Saint Louis Area, beyond these counties. Among the many types of IT services we provide range from the basic computer upgrades, computer repair, virus / spyware removal, to intermediate level data recovery, network install / repair, Microsoft networking, Active Directory (Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008), up to advanced level network design, software selection and implementation, to business analysis and business process improvement. We provide these basic, intermediate level, and and advanced level services to our clients at a much more competitive cost, yet at the same time, at the highest levels of quality, expertise, and knowledge than our competitors, passing the savings to you. We provide personalized IT services to our clients that is individualized and custom-made to meet their needs and their wants. We never provide one-size-fits-all services or solutions to our clients and focus on meeting our clients' business needs and objectives. Every client is unique and we view and treat each one of them as people whom we can serve and to develop a business relationship with, not merely just as another account. We do IT for the sake of helping our clients run more efficiently, effectively, and to remain competitive, not for the sake of just doing IT.
