Poorly. They are now saying I contacted them weeks later. I'm sure if I could get phone records. That would resolve that. But the size of the sofa alone is enough to dispute. I didn't want a Love seat. I wanted a sofa!

THE FURNITURE THAT WE PURCHASED NEEDED QUITE A BIT OF ADJUSTING TO MAKE THE DOORS ON THE CABINETS OPEN, AND CLOSE PROPERLY. IT TOOK THREE TIMES TO MAKE THE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS BUT IT WAS FINALLY DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. I APPRECIATE THAT THIS WAS DONE BY CAROL HOUSE WITH NO HESITATION TO DO THIS WORK TO OUR SATISFACTION. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE FURNITURE AT CAROL HOUSE AGAIN.

THEIR MATTRESS SELECTION WAS NOT HUGE BUT THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WE FOUND A SERTA MATTRESS THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH. THEIR PRICES SEEMED VERY COMPETITIVE AND DELIVERY WAS PROMPT.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! COUCH FELL APART IN LESS THAN 12 MONTHS. AMY AND BROOK HAD TO BE THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT. WOULD NOT RESPOND TO NUMEROUS CALLS DO NOT BUY HERE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU WILL NOT GET IF FIXED. BOUGHT A 5 YEAR WARRANTY THAT WAS TOTALLY USELESS. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!
