Description of Work: We were greeted as we came in, and directed to what we were looking for. It was fun being able to pick from a large variety of fabrics, when we liked the piece, but not the color, or texture. All of the consultants were patient, and were very much a part of the whole experience. Amy (the one on the commercials) was very appreciative of our business, and made sure that we were completely happy with Carol House. We definitely will be back!

Description of Work: I bought a sofa. It was delivered in February. I contacted them on on Monday February 24, 2014. Im a shopper and I know that you have 3 days. To contact them. The sofa was ordered at 98 inches long. I measured it in the store with the sales person named Charlene. The one in the store looked long. I told her I wanted to be sure it would fit. That I wanted one approximately the same size that I had. As a replacement. We measured it at 98 inches long. I contacted her to inform her that it would fit. I went back to the store and with her I took another look at other sofas to be sure that this was what I wanted. Now that we had a size. I decided on the original. Put a down payment on it. Came back later to inquire about the delivery. And I just went on and paid it off. I was told if you are not satisfied. We would refund you. I'd bought the previous sofa from them. So I wasn't really worried. But to be sure I purchased a protection plan. Which I still have not received. When I contacted the sales person that Monday within the 3days. She told me I had to contact service department. I thought that was odd. But I did so several times. I called her back. About 2 days later and told her I could not reach anyone. She called to connect me. And they were out. She told me not to worry that I would be satisfied. At the end of the week. The lady at the service department contacted me. To set up a date. She stayed they contact me in 2 days. I asked if someone could come on Saturday. She said it would be 2 weeks for a Saturday opening. I told her I would take off. She never called me back. So I wrote BBB. The sofa must be a Love Seat. Much shorter than what we measured. No one will return my calls. And I don't have the protection plan I paid for. They won't refund my money or exchange the sofa. I just want what I paid for.

Description of Work: We went on 7/7/10 bought 4 barstools.We sat on one of the chairs and it broke. We retured it 1/19/11 they said there was a defect in the chair but it was still under warrenty.They told us to pick out other barstools but they didnt have much to choose from and since it wasnt our fought it broke we didnt want to pay more for the one they had there we liked.So we said we would just take our money back and look somewhere else. This is wrote on our invoice(per Ken Jones return to vender,split at knot in wood on back.No stock,and no parts charging 20% rest fee for not reselecting ) .We dont think this is fair we did nothing wrong and we loose 20%
