CW was prompt and professional as he started to troubleshoot our leak issue. He explained each step including cutting into the ceiling of the condo below mine. We ended by replacing our toilet(wax ring failure). CW had to return Friday to complete the task. I was very happy with their service.

Very professional and courteous. Came out the day I submitted and determined what was wrong, ordered the part, and finished the job today. I have hired them again for another job and would recommend this highly. Update: 04/02/2023 The first job was repairing the washer, and he did an excellent job. I gave him 5 stars, so I hired him to check my crawl space due to roots. He did little work to remove the roots but treated them for an hour and a half. His price was too high for the work he did for me. He informed me that it would take care of it except for minimal moisture. The next rain was the worst, and then he wanted to put in a sump pump without knowing where the water was coming from. Needless to say, I would not recommend his services.

I called due to a clogged toilet and I understand that there is a service fee of $50. It ended up just being an easy fix. Five minutes. He just plunged my toilet. They charged me $100. I live alone and had I knew it would such an easy fix I would have just asked my brother or dad to help me. I just thought customer service wise they took advantage of me.

Tuesday, February 7, 2023, CW (Charles Waterman) of Commercial Home Services In Camdenton Missouri, installed a new thermostat for the furnace in my house in Eldon Missouri. After he had left the thermostat wasnâ t working correctly, so I called him the next day to see if he could return and take a look at it. Over the next few days I contacted him several times. Apparently he had a very busy week, but first thing Monday morning February 13, 2023 he called me back and said that he would go by the house that morning and take a look at the thermostat. He found the thermostat was working but the furnace had several problems which he informed me would be fairly expensive to repair. I have decided to replace the furnace which is over 30 years old with a heat pump. Charles has been courteous and very helpful. I appreciate what heâ s done for us and would recommend him.

Very prompt to answer and provide services. They came out to bid our dry wall water damage. At the same time, we were waiting on our well guy. They checked out our well pump and pressure tank free of charge. Today we called them urgently as an additional broken pipe was discovered under our older home, they came out asap and somehow shimmied thru the tiny space and fixed our leak. These guys deliver and for a reasonable price.

He responded very quickly and replaced our broken pipes right away. Heâ s very courteous too.
