Description of Work: I thought they did a very nice job and were very competitively priced. I had them do a furnace tune up, and when they arrived, told them to also check the humidifiers. They said the filters in the humidifiers needed to be replaced (at a cost of $25/each), which was fine, but later determined that the humidifiers needed to be replaced. The replacement humidifier was a different brand, so the new filters could not be used in the replacement. The next day I left a message and asked whether I could receive a credit for the new filters (which were of no value to me). I never received a return phone call; otherwise, I would have given them an "A" rating across the board. I suspect they had simply discarded the replaced humidifier, and didn't want to provide a credit for the new filter that had been thrown out with the old humidifier.

Description of Work: I called the company to schedule an appointment. They never called back nor contacted me in any way. Therefore, I was never able to use this company. I give an 'F' for responsiveness.

Description of Work: Sal checked the furnace and humidifier. He changed the humidifier filter for me ($20). He was very friendly and willing to spend time and answer any questions I had.

Description of Work: Sal came over and got both of our AC units working. He showed us the parts that needed to be replaced and explained why. He even came back 24 hours later just to check the units and make sure everything was working fine.
