Description of Work: The Exp was not very good as the company was very bad with communication. I wrote them many times asking to get the big deal done and even a quote on extra work. They couldn't get anything schedule and when they would offer me a certain time in was in a couple hours like I wasn't at work. So after about 2 weeks of me emailing and not hearing anything I decided to just give up.

Description of Work: Spoke on the phone with the company to set up a next day appointment at 3:00. Agreed on a time so I went ahead and purchased the deal. At 2:01 the day of service I received an email that we were out of their service area and I would need to contact Angie's List for a refund as they wouldn't be coming out.

We're sorry for the short notice cancelation. We normally do not get calls for tune ups 50 miles outside of our radius. We hope you were able to get your refund and tune up completed by a company closer to your location.

Description of Work: Other than some miscommunication on scheduling my appointment at the beginning I am happy with Air Unlimited. They checked over my furnace and found it to be in good working order. I had them check the humidifier. It needed to be replaced. Came back the next day to install a new one. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They will return in the spring to check my a/c unit.
