Mr. Taylor was polite and professional. I do feel like he rushed the job a bit. He installed two new garage doors but failed to measure them up front. When he ordered them, he ordered them both the same size, but one garage door needed to be bigger than the other. ( older home with an add on garage). So, this prolonged the job because he had to wait to get the right size door. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience despite the unexpected error.

Super happy with Stephen from start to finish. He showed up when he said he would, introduced himself, gave us a quote and got to work. He replaced the springs and rollers on on of our garage doors, it took about an hour. So happy that I am able to park in my garage again. If we have another garage door mishap, we will definitely use Team Taylor Doors again.
