Rescue 1 Plumbing

Description of Work: Replaced cups and springs on an old Delta shower faucet. The faucet had been dripping continually and they fixed it in just a few minutes without having to tear into the wall. Good work at a reasonable price. I marked a B on responsiveness only because I called three times over a two-week period before I got a call back and the work scheduled. I also used Rescue 1 a couple of months earlier when I had 2 toilets leaking. Re-seated one toilet and tightened the other between tank and bowl -- also for a very reasonable price. That work was scheduled after just one phone call. I intend to call Rescue 1 anytime I have a plumbing need.

Description of Work: Made two trips to our house to repair air switch on hot tub and replace wax ring under toilet. Parts and labor $100. Nice young man. Very happy with work. Would recommend him.

Description of Work: Jason arrived at the agreed time. He checked my hot water heater and clean 2 filters that I did not know existed. He then relit the pilot light and waited until he was sure the hot water heater was working. He was at the house about 15 minutes. There was no charge. He gave me his card. I will call him again when I need a plumber. Barbara Mason

Description of Work: This guy is great. We had a leaky garbage disposal. I called and left a message. He returned my call promptly. It wasn't a super emergency, but he was able to come the next day and did a great job. While he was at our home we asked about some other plumbing work, so we have sheduled him to come back soon.
