Midtown did an awesome job on this project, from helping me decide what design was best for me and offering a solid payment plan that I could work with shortly after buying a home, to scheduling the project and maintaining constant communication throughout the process. The help with getting the stuff I needed for HOA approval was a breeze and the project was completed in a day and they even managed to get the project on the calendar a month sooner than initially planned. Overall my experience with midtown and the people there was a 5/5! The back patio cover is an awesome addition to my home and seems like it's built to last.

I hired MHI to replace my siding since the existing siding was incorrectly installed. Pros: The subcontractors did an excellent job. They showed attention to detail, were professional and respectable. The material was good quality and they cleaned up everyday after work. The house looks great. There was a small hiccup with a nail in my electric wire to my HVAC but the company fixed this immediately and promised to cover the cost of the electrician. They offer a lien waiver and flexible payment plans. Cons: The cost was high and the salesman was a bit pushy. I knew I needed to get the project done since I had already lost several pieces of siding in a storm and another contractor unrelated with MHI had recommended I do a complete replacement. However, I felt rushed to accept the proposal on the spot which gave me a bit of buyers remorse the next day. Perhaps the company should change their sales tactics so that customers do not feel so rushed.

These guys are legit. Best deck around, no one even compares. NO WOOD OR COMPOSITE. PVC Cellular, is what they do. I had 5 different companies come out, all of them show some composite or pine wood. Yes PVC is more, but it is wayyyyyy better and is worth every penny. If you want a deck to last forever call them.

Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The patio cover was finished in one day and cleanup in the yard was done the same day. The crate in the driveway took a few days to retrieve. Mostly because it was a holiday weekend. We had very little debris that could just be swept away. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and prompt. Every question I had was addressed immediately. Michaela and Nolan, and everyone involved did a great job. Thank you😊
