Very professional installation crew. They removed our old chain link fence, and cleaned up the work site daily. Customer service followed up to determine if we were satisfied with the fencing and installation. We were!

I had a wonderful experience with Midtown Home Improvements! I had a deck built and a sliding glass door installed. I am a first time homeowner and this is my largest home project to date. I had done some research on a few local home improvement companies but was hesitant to go forward since there was so much money on the line; I had heard horror stories of projects gone wrong and money lost. Midtown Home Improvements made me feel confident in my decision and informed every step of the way. From beginning to end the process was simple and painless. The young man that was going door to door was a little nervous but very pleasant. The sales rep that came to my house to do an estimate a day or so later was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product (in particular, deck materials). I did not feel overly pressured to commit but I have to admit that I did get caught up in the excitement in the possibility of having a deck within a few months. The total cost for the deck and door was pretty high for me but I was able to get the project financed through a lender they work with. Within the next few months I was kept updated via e-mail about materials being ordered and delivered. When the construction began it was quick! It only took a week to complete and the crew leader was so friendly and helpful with all my questions or concerns. In the middle of the project he even called after hours during a severe thunderstorm to make sure that the board covering the hole in my house wall where the door was to be installed was not leaking and that everything was okay. Once everything was complete there was a follow-up call and e-mail to make sure I was absolutely satisfied. I love me deck and door and the quality of life that it has added to my home and I plan on using Midtown Home Improvements for my next project!

Our new deck is beautiful! We especially enjoy the covered area, we now can enjoy our deck, even on the hottest of summer days! It was quite expensive, but worth every penny! (As expected, you installed windows for us in 2014 and they are also topnotch). Your employees were professional, personable and proficient! We have gotten endless compliments from family, friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Expensive, but I feel it was worth the money spent. We love our new fence and how quickly it was put in once we had the HOA approval. I would use this company again.

We had two sliding doors replaced a few years ago and had a positive experience. Decided to replace windows this year. Installation was as promised, on time. They installed 15 windows in less than a whole day leaving no mess. Install crew was friendly and quick to answer questions. Highly recommend Midtown based on our experiences with them.

I will never go through Home Advisor again due to my experience with Midtown Home Improvements. I do not believe they verify all reviews, if you look on Yelp at the reviews for this company, it shows a much more accurate picture of how they do business. High pressure, force you to put money down before they begin the project and refuse to reply to emails or return phone calls. I cant speak for the quality of their work and doubt at this point I will ever know. I think it is interesting they do not reply a "thank you" to the reviews praising their work but don't hesitate to respond to a bad review in a passive aggressive way questioning the reviewer, putting the blame of whatever issue they had back on the customer, not ever accepting responsibility. Maybe my $3,500.00, (oops, I forgot I am not supposed to tell anyone what my quoted price was, sketchy!) 4x4 deck project is too small for them to care about, not sure, all I am sure about it is this has been the worse customer service I have ever received/not received.

Everyone we dealt with from the salesman to the installers were a joy to work with.

We are very happy with our deck-and love how water resistant it is supposed to be (and hopefully continues to be-it's only been a few months). The project took a while longer than we would have liked due to the rain, but the crew apologized for the wait, kept his work area perfectly picked up (important to us with little kids) and seemed to do a very meticulous and quality job.

I had 3 bathrooms remodeled. I couldn't be happier with Midtown from sales to contractors. The quality of workmanship was superb. I have 3 awesome looking bathrooms. I plan on having Midtown redo my deck soon.

They did a very nice job. They were very professional and courteous. They did not leave any mess for us to clean up after they left.

Excellent overall. I had three bids and decided on Midtown because the quality of the product and the workmanship was exactly the same as another bid yet several thousand dollars cheaper. They were prompt, sought my input and finished the entire thing in less than a week. It is awesome.

Was very pleased in general with my replacement deck project. The installer was capable, courteous, and hard-working. However, I had to call twice to get the construction debris removed. I'm still waiting for some small corrective work to improve the appearance of a portion of the deck to cover the old deck under-structure.

The work was good, the prices were rational, the schedule was kept on time, and the materials they used were great. I didn't know that cabinets were this good now. I recommend them without hesitation. The best part of the process is that they committed to 6 weeks and met that goal. The project did not linger forever.

The people were very friendly. The work was done in a very timely fashion. They went out of their way to do a few extras. And when the job was done you could not tell they were here except for the new roof. Their clean up was very meticulous.

We can't say enough great things about Midtown Home Improvements and Rob Workman their sales representative. From the initial contact and through the entire process we felt informed of our choices and the progress along the entire way. At no point did we ever feel pressured to purchase anything. Thank you! We first had our windows replaced but because of our positive experience we had them replace our entry door as well and we couldn't be happier. We're now looking forward to getting more work done in the future.
