I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from this provider. The plumber actually arrived early and diagnosed a problem that had been misdiagnosed by another plumber who diagnosed the problem as a leaking tub when the problem was correctly diagnosed as a leak around the bathtub drain. This technician did not try to sell me something that I did not need but correctly diagnosed the problem and billed me for that time and effort. This was the best plumbing experience I have ever had.
