My project started with a gas line installation, but I needed much more. Armstrong did a great job, brought several people for several days and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

They were hired to extend a natural gas line to my outdoor grill. Professional contact. Professional work. They considered my satisfaction with the work performed. I would hire them again.

They do not schedule timely updates on status of scheduled work. I had to call several times to find out when and if the plumber was going to show up. Over committed on timing and under delivered!

The first time they could not find the issue but the second time they found the issue fixed it and gave me a discount for not finding it the first time.

I just moved in to my condo and felt it was taking a long time to get the hot water. Clayton looked at my water heater and took the time to explain how it worked and why it took awhile for the hot water to come out. Basically, it is a very good water heater brand that has only 1 heating element. Because I am the only one using it, when I turn on the faucet, the water sitting in the pipes has to move through before the hotest water comes out. He reassured me that there were no leaks or corrosion and the water heater was working and did not need to be replaced. He was professional and friendly. Glad to see a young person entering this trade.

Prompt, professional and friendly! The clogged drain was opened quickly and I certainly made the right call after several failed attempts of my own with OTC clog removers and drain snakes. The problem was under my basement floor, so I never would have reached it with my snakes. They had the equipment needed to make this a swift fix. Highly recommended!

Fast service! Needed work done ASAP for sale of home and I contacted through Home Advisor on Sunday and repairs were complete by 1pm the next day. Will definitely use again!

they did a great job installing the sump pump. they ran a new drain line., the price was a little high, but nothing I was worried about.

Tech's were more focused on giving me a quote on replacing the stuff rather than troubleshooting/fixing it. I had a problem with bottom of toilet leaking and garbage disposer humming. All they spent was 5 mins and switched on the garbage disposer and hearing the humming sound said it needs to be replaced without even looking in the sink or the motor itself. All they were interested in was giving me a quote for replacing, which was really expensive. FYI, i fixed the garbage disposer myself by just following the troubleshooting manual of the product in 5 mins ( a motor which is just 1 year old). A professional would atleast do the basic troubleshooting before going in for a replacement, which wasn't done at all. They were prompt on collecting the initial service charge. Didn't like the service at all.

Job was done professionally. The tech did the job efficiently also.

The young man who came to do the install was not the same person I had talked to prior to scheduling but he did a very nice job. Only complaint was the toilet was not quite the top of the line I was lead to believe I would be getting but it has been working nicely.
