They reached out quickly and were on site quickly as well. Gentleman identified a second floor leak that was coming through first floor ceiling, quoted a price, and was able to fix all on same day. Also gave useful information, assessments, and quote on other questions and project we had. Would hire again.

Did what they promised to do, and quickly. Tim came in to give me an estimate, we discussed options, he answered all my questions, he said water heater could be replaced this morning, gave him the go ahead, tore out the old one, removed it, put in new one, all within 135 minutes. Cleaned up everything. Wore the blue booties to keep from tracking in dirt. Very happy with their work. To rate the water heater, I would prefer a few months of use.

They were able to fit me in the same day and fully complete the repair. Everything was explained and different options laid out. I would use Armstrong again for plumbing needs.

They did not come prepared for the service they just reignited the pilot light and it stayed lit for about 10 minutes I had to relight myself the service cost was extremely high for the work done

Expensive for a single job, unless you take the service plan. So if you have multiple plumbing projects in mind (like I do), take the service plan to get the discounted pricing locked in for the projects to be done in the next 12 months.

They arrived later than was scheduled, but I did receive a phone call alerting me to this change. The estimate to replace an outdoor faucet, repair a leaking pipeline from the kitchen to the basement and to repair damage done from a leaking toilet was provided quickly and seemed appropriate. They immediately got to work and completed the 3 separate jobs efficiently. They were polite, worked cleanly and once finished, they cleaned up each area completely. I would recommend Armstrong Plumbing to others without hesitation.
