I had water damage at my place, but Tracy repaired my house so quickly, and well done job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The whole procedure went well. I had 2 bathrooms that we wanted new flooring put as well as a few sections in another room that needed replaced. Tracy completed them in good time and the quote was beyond more than fair. I will hire him again as needed for jobs around the house

Tracy did a wonderful job on remodeling our bathroom. He was affordable, honest and trustworthy. We had been ripped off before finally hiring Tracy. He in fact ALWAYS showed up when he said he would. He was thorough, meticulous and just a total joy to work with. I would hire him again and in fact am hiring him again for a small flooring job. He can do about anything and do it well I might add. I am available for any questions if in doubt about hiring Tracy. I promise… you won’t go wrong hiring Tracy for anything you need.

Tracy initially came to fix a plumbing problem. Even though I have no proof I believe when he got up from the sink he must have used the door to get up and broke the hinge and splintered the door . He came back and took off the door and said he had to bring it to a cabinet maker. This took almost a month. He brought the door but it was too big which meant he had to leave with the door again to shorten it so it closed properly. The cabinet doors is white he came back with a oak door and he stained it brown. This door sticks out like a sore thumb that Tracy said his wife would object when I questioned him. He charged $150 for the door and $105 for labor which I got him to reduce as he promised initially. He was so inconsiderate that he walk in the apartment with snow on his shoes. Don’t Use Him is my recommendation!

However, there are some details in your review that I would like to respond to. Your son, [Member Name Removed] (who was actually my customer and the owner of the home in which I worked) called me sometime after I had repaired the plumbing. He told me that the door separated from the hinge when he opened it. Upon inspection, I saw that the exposed interior of the cabinet door was cheap particle board, which is a base cost material. This material is then covered with a whitish countertop type laminate with a stained oak border encircling the doors and cabinet frame work. He asked me to have the door 'remanufactured', so I called over a dozen cabinet makers in the metro area. Most did not return my call and the few that did said they could not replicate this type of cabinet door, as it was, "bottom of the line quality" and they didn't do laminate and particle board cabinets. I did find a cabinet company in Osage, MO (a 45 minute drive from my home) who would make the door, but stated it would have to be solid Oak and that it would cost $150.00 including the hinges. I called your son, [Member Name Removed] and explained everything up-front, and he agreed to reimburse me for the cost to make and install the cabinet door. He stated that he wanted to get his home sold as soon as the market opened in March. I never misrepresented myself or the job and was never rude or unprofessional in my communication or execution of the work, and charged accordingly for the time spent in acquiring the door. I also gave [Member Name Removed] a $70.00 refund. I did stain the door to match the Oak trim work of the cabinets and other doors and the door that was installed was in the center of the sink base cabinet, which gave it a natural center point. Thanks for doing business with Taskman and please call if there is anything I can do for you in the future."

Tracey was quick to respond and quick to help remedy my problem. We tried to install a new garbage disposal ourselves but ran into plumbing and an electrical issues that we did not feel comfortable fixing on our own. Tracey came and fixed what we did wrong and updated the plumbing and electrical to make everything work correctly and safely. Tracey is very experienced, reasonably priced, fair, and honest. I would recommend him to my friends and family, and I will likely hire him again in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of Taskman. They were truly professional while finishing on time and on budget. They ensured that the work area was clean each night before they left and even installed a plastic barrier to protect the room outside of the work area. They were meticulous - going beyond expectations. We are now looking at them for a second, larger project. I would highly recommend.

When my wife and I needed some bathroom repairs, we didn't realize how difficult it would be to find someone who is honest and competent. We initially went with a different contractor who did a lot of damage to our bathroom. Thankfully we found Tracy; he did a great job fixing the damage caused by the first contractor and provided services at a much better price. Work performed included tiling and bathtub installation. Importantly, he showed up when he stated he would and also worked evenings/weekends, meaning we did not need to take time off work to be present during repairs. We would recommend him to anyone needing home repairs.
