Steve's General Hauling

As promised, very good service.

It went fine - they did what they were suppose to do.

Everything went fine. I had a large amount of miscellaneous items and they took as much as they could for the deal price.

They came when they said they and packed their truck with all sorts of things (junk). Just as advertised.

Responded quickly, came punctually, worked efficiently, priced reasonably. Good guys all around.

They were really good.  They came back after a couple of months to do another work and they were good on that too.

Came out immediately to haul away dryer that was sitting in driveway so I wouldn't be ticketed, since my neighborhood is rather rigid about those things.  Arranged to come back out for additional items.

They are nice people, they are really nice people. If they say they are going to be there at a certain time, they are. They are very careful when they have to move things around in my house. They are polite. I wouldn't mind leaving them in my house. They wouldn't do that because it is a liability thing but I wouldn't mind on iota because they are such nice people.

I called Steve at 9:19 the morning of September 9th and left a him a brief message about what I wanted done.  He returned my call promptly.  Said he would be at the house in about a 1/2 hour and he was.  It was 10:00AM.  Steve was very friendly.  I enjoyed talking with him.  He gave me a quote, we agreed to it and he started working while his crew finished up another job and headed over to help him finish up mine.  Steve had cut the large branch up in my back yard, cleaned up, and hauled everything around to the front by the time his crew got there.  At 12:30 they were done.  Steve and his crew help my neighbor across the street.  They cut up and moved a very large branch that had fallen out of his tree onto his fence and had it all bent out of shape.  They helped him to straighten his fence back up too.  It was straightened to perfection.  I was shocked at how straight they were able to get it.  Steve also gave me some excellent advice on my A/C because I was telling him about the weird noise it was making.  Thank you Steve, it worked.  It's not making that weird noise anymore.
Very professional service and excellent customer service.  I would call them again and recommend them to anyone at anytime.  Thank you so much Steve and Crew.

We have used them last year.  We used them for trash from the lawn.  Large item trash haul from the garden.  It was fitted into their truck.  They were professional.  The job was done as I expected. I would use their services again. Getting the trash dumped was part of the cost. I would use their services again.

Everything went as we expected it to. This was a good deal for sure.

They were good.  I was moving out of the house and they came in and moved away a bunch of stuff out that I had.  They were very reliable, on time, very friendly and actually took more than what the actual deal was.  They were good and went the extra mile.  They were excellent.  I would use them again if I were living in Kansas City.

I called Steve around the holidays.  Didn't get an answer and left a message, but got a call right back from him.  We made an arrangement to have two of his guys come and remove debris from a third floor room that I am remodeling.  His guys came out at the agreed upon day.  They were running a few minutes late, but called to confirm, so that was just fine.  They removed the debris and cleaned up the area to ensure no screws or glass were remaining.  Overall I'm really happy with the job they did an the thoroughness of his guys.

We had everythng we needed to get rid of in our garage. We were surprised when Steve showed up in a pick up truck. We honestly thought he would have to make a couple of trips to remove everything. He was a magician getting all the items loaded and gone in one trip. This was the first time we used Angie's List and since it went so well, we have purchased many Deals since.

Steve was great. I had to re-schedule and he was able to do the job in the same week.

One of Angie's Big Deals, Steve's was on time, polite, quickly picked up the pile of old household items and debris we had and swept up after themselves. Would absolutely recommend them.
