"Little pride taken in the job done. Stain/sealant was splashed on our cement steps, siding of our house, and patio doors and was not cleaned up. A board on our deck was replaced with an untreated piece of lumber with the stamping on the board facing upward, not sanded off, and left in plain sight, there was no attempt to match the coloring of the older deck boards. When we called the office to ask about this we were told this is just the way it is. Quality of work didn't match the price paid. Additionally it took 2+ weeks to complete the job. They came to power wash the deck on a Wednesday and were told they would be back on the following Saturday to finish the staining. Two Saturdays later they came back and finished the job. Would not hire again. I'm sorry you feel that way. Ms. [Member Name Removed] we performed the work to the best of our ability given the state of the deck. The repairs where completed and the reason the work took two weeks to complete was that there was a car parked in the front near the front railing that we where worried about the possibility getting stain on the car so we consciously decided to not finish the job on the first day to avoid any damage to the parked car."
They put a sealer on two decks and the driveway. They were very professional. They were very courteous. They seemed to know what they were doing and got right to work. I am very pleased with their work. I have another project that I want them to do in the future.
