I had initially talked to a different vendor for these services.  When it was clear that the original vendor was not going to perform, I looked at Angie's List and found SealKC.  I called them on October 5th.  They gave me estimates on the 8th, did the garage floor on the 20th, and sealed the driveway on the 23rd.  They were really great to work with, they kept me informed about times and dates, and they even had more and better choices for color flakes for the garage floor than the original vendor.  Some gravel managed to get into the garage floor surface before the final epoxy coat had dried, so they came back a few days later and re-did the top coat.  I'm very satisfied.

Sealmaxx arrived on time and completed the work in two days. They had to first powerwash and then applied the sealant. We had heard about Sealmaxx on the radio and visited with them at a home remodeling show. Everything looked great when they were finished and we expect the sealing to last a long time. Still looks great 3 years later.

The process went exactly as expected. The estimator was on time and thorough with measuring and explanations. The work crew was friendly and efficient. They explained things we needed to know, such as walking on the wet surfaces, etc. They collected the fee when they had completed the work.

Little pride taken in the job done. Stain/sealant was splashed on our cement steps, siding of our house, and patio doors and was not cleaned up. A board on our deck was replaced with an untreated piece of lumber with the stamping on the board facing upward, not sanded off, and left in plain sight, there was no attempt to match the coloring of the older deck boards. When we called the office to ask about this we were told this is just the way it is. Quality of work didn't match the price paid.  Additionally it took 2+ weeks to complete the job.  They came to power wash the deck on a Wednesday and were told they would be back on the following Saturday to finish the staining.  Two Saturdays later they came back and finished the job.  Would not hire again.

The repairs where completed and the reason the work took two weeks to complete was that there was a car parked in the front near the front railing that we where worried about the possibility getting stain on the car so we consciously decided to not finish the job on the first day to avoid any damage to the parked car."

There was a Toby Tobin 20% discount. I was not home when the actual treatment was done. I can tell a rust stain was removed from the patio and the wood steps were wet looking. Otherwise its hard to tell anything was done. I trust it was treated  and will add longevity to my concrete.

Arrived on time....2 people worked for several hours on both decks....also while power washing front deck.....did the siding on the full front of the house (not in price) which was great.  And, also the driveway was power washed...another extra.  So, all in all a very good experience.

They put a sealer on two decks and the driveway. They were very professional. They were very courteous. They seemed to know what they were doing and got right to work. I am very pleased with their work. I have another project that I want them to do in the future.

I had this same floor ion Michigan.  SealMaxx did a fantastic job and responded to my quick needs right away.  Price was fair but the finished product looks amazing on my garage floor.

They charged me around $1400 to $1500. I wasn?t at home when they came to do this service, so I really can?t tell. If there was a problem, then they would have heard from me. The only thing I didn?t like was it took me a long time to get my warrantee done. It was a handwritten one, and I don?t think it came anywhere here from Kansas City. I think it came from the Canada office, that?s where the product was from. It?s a twenty year warrantee, and the only reason it?s for twenty years because it was time to be serviced. I would recommend them to the others too. The driveway is good and I don?t care if the driveway cracks. I just don?t want anything leaking through it. They were reasonable with their price considering the concrete people who lay the concrete what they were going to charge me. They only guarantee for a year and that?s it. But Sealmaxx were giving me a twenty five year guarantee and they charged me $1.15 per square foot instead of $1.75 per square foot. It?s not a discount; it?s the way the guy did his business. They heated the concrete up and did what they were supposed to do. They changed it from four hundred pounds per inch to eight hundred pounds per inch. They were out when they said they were going to come out. The gentleman who came here and spoke to me was very professional. I would use their services again in the future.
