We have had some ant problems in the past, in the kitchen around the sink area... but this year the ants came out in full force. We contacted Edge and they wanted to come out the same day or the next (which is unheard of!). Unfortunately, my wife & I worked during the day and scheduled it for the weekend. They came out, evaluated, did some spraying, etc. Quite painless and efficient. The very next day there were only a few ants wondering around the counter tops. By the 3rd day, no ants at all! We are very happy with the service provided and getting the job done! It's also a good peace of mind knowing that if a pest problem shows up between treatments that they will come out and take care of it with no additional fees. I'd recommend this company for any of their pest control needs.

They come out on the spot if there any issues, they have great customer service, and I have no bug issues!

The applicator sprayed on my professional clean windows ($200). The application was applied during a snow storm and they should of picked a better day. Very expensive to pay for something that wash away as soon as it was applied. Salesman was pushy and misleading.

I can not say enough good about the guys that come out to treat the yard/home. My mom had the service at her house as well. Robert came out to treat my momâ s yard and was concerned because the door came opened when he knocked. He could here what sounded like someone in distress! He called her number, no answer. So he called me. He was willing to go in and check on her for me! Ultimately she was okay! He even called me later to check on her again! What an amazing guy!! This is the kind of people they use to treat our homes! Oh and also we have no bugs! If I happen to see a bug they will come back out.

Always professional and come in between regular maintenance appointments if needed at no extra charge. Friendly and thorough.

I did not set an appointment for service but they came and climbed over my fence. I have beware of dog signs. I was home and saw him checking the dog door. My dog would have bit him. I was so upset I waited for him to leave to call his office. After a bit of a run around I was offered a discount. But I am very unhappy.

Arrived on time for initial evaluation and application. Prompt and courteous customer service. Technician thoroughly explained the products he would apply and how the products work. Will wait and see for results. So far extremely pleased with our technician (Christian) and also with support from office.

Always contact me in advance which is great if I need to reschedule. Also contact me prior to arrival on day of scheduled service.

The product works, they are really professional and available. They generally send the same technician so over time they learn what you need and are really on top of things.

Very good company. I was stung by Yellow Jackets last summer and this company has thoroughly sprayed so that they stay away from the property. They are always polite and professional. I highly recommend them.
