They have been very good about coming back to try new approaches (and bigger traps) when the first one didn't work.

They were very thorough about the costs and expectations before I signed the papers and they did the spraying; no surprises. It is a one-year contract, 5 sprays, no single-visit-spray, and this wasn't made clear until the person arrived to spray. I went ahead and took the one-year contract because it was a good price and I was impressed with the honesty and thoroughness of the guy that came to spray. As a female home alone at the time of his arrival, I didn't feel any reason to worry. He was friendly, respectful, and polite and did his job quickly and thoroughly. In a few weeks there will be a follow-up spray, and then one every three months. He made sure I knew the policy auto-renewed unless I chose to cancel. I am happy. If the spray is anywhere near as good as the service, I'll be ecstatic!

The first serviceman that came to remove or kill the infestation of yellow jackets, Was not very confident, and also was allergic to wasp/bee stings. Didn't even have a"bee" suit if needed. He did half/XX spray, but since no bee suit didn't want to get too close. And I am not sure what really killed the pests. I found after ,some larger critter (racoon or possum) had dug the nest out . I requested a second treatment to be sure. The second serviceman wasn't much more confident. (no bee suit). All he did was poke where the nest was. And that is where I discovered the "larger pest" had completely destroyed the nest and drug all out. So I guess if had waited a day or two longer would not have needed to call a PRo.. Also to get a lesser cost needed to sign up for an ongoing pest and lawn service. Will have 4 service calls next year and after 5 service calls cost for the 5 will be $109.29 ($21.86 a svc call). But if hadn't signed up the very first svc call would have been $139.00 . My cost was $79.00 $ 87.37 (plus Tax). And all treatments are warrantied, if have any future problems. And was advised if cancel early (Before 5 svcs) Cost would be 50% for initial cost. ??

This is a deceptive company! They are more than cordial in setting up the service, but mis-leading in that they tell you it's a quarterly extermination service, but it is really for 5 times per year, not 4. The initial service was done by 2 very young, polite young men who did not seem all that knowledgeable about exterminating, especially the young man who actually did the work. The other young man was very personable and smooth talking. When the service was finished in about 12 minutes, he was anxious to have me sign the tablet so that they could move on to the next job. When I initially agreed to this service I understood it to be an initial service followed by a 4 week "re-check/treatment" to disrupt the hatching cycle, then a quarterly treatment after that. Essentially 4 treatments per year. In order to induce me to get a discount on the service, the initial sales representative convinced me to use their "easy-pay" program so they could collect immediately without billing me. When the initial treatment was competed, the salesman was in a hurry to get me to sign electronically. MY MISTAKE! I didn't see that the service was 5 times per year, nor that the 4 week re-treatment was going to be at the same rate. I fee that I was deliberately mislead/deceived. I have made several calls to the local Edge office to no avail. They will not budge on what I believe is an overcharge. I will have no choice but to contact the Kansas Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint, and to notify my credit card company of the unauthorized charge. This is not the type of company I can recommend.

Very professional! Likes the video on his tablet to watch about their company and service they provide. Like the fact that the man on the phone explained their services and cost.

They are very quick to get out, but they promised to be aggressive about monitoring bait boxes and refilling them . I had the impression they would be following up with me, but now I am starting to think I will be the one who has to follow up with them. That is a bit disappointing.

We hired Edge last summer when a manager came by to talk with us about the ants in our neighborhood. We had another company at the time and we were hesitant to even talk to him but we are (now) extremely glad we did. Edge was able to get rid of all of our ants and actually sprayed for our hornets too! We're not really sure what we were paying our old company for because honestly they were leaving lots of bugs alive but edge takes care of them all. Our only concern was the fact that they said they usually spray inside too and we were worried about our dogs around the spray. They told us it was fine around pets and it actually has been great. We have sent a few of our friends and my husband's boss to them too!

We hired them as a preventative service after moving into an older home. We didn't necessarily have a bug problem before but noticed some dead bugs around the house and a lot of spiderwebs in the unfinished basement. The customer service was great. I am not sure how thorough the serviceman was, because he performed his work very swiftly. We haven't noticed any bugs yet though and will plan to continue the preventative year round service at this time.
