The tech came out on time and was very helpful. The treatment did not work because it was was more of a medical/mental issue.

We had another service put down too much ant bait and killed our dog. This service was soliciting in the area and my spouse made an emotional buy since it was a week earlier that the dog died. This service is poor and over priced. They have consistently lied to us. We canceled and minutes later we get a 1 day delinquency email threatening 50% balance increase and put into collection agency. My credit is perfect, but I will risk that to avoid business with these people. DO NOT GET TIED UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They don't hold up what they say. Happy to see them in court if this harassment continues.

Was able to make an appointment quickly. Salesman as well as technician gave thorough explanation of services. Sprayed outside as well as inside and basement.

Technician thoroughly explained process and steps that he was going to do. Was able to get service very quickly, had to delay but that was on our part to get the items out of the cabinets.

It was very thorough. Young man spoke precisely about all he was going to do.

The technician was very friendly and professional. Customer service is very helpful. I am a repeat customer and have always had fast response time of when I have requested a technician to come out for a retreat in between services.

All questions were answered with the phone calls..I had some that came after the initial and called back. No pressure sale at all. The technician went above my expectations and never got impatient with reassuring my multiple concerns! Yelp has not been friendly to them, but I'm raving on to anyone who needs pest contol! Wish there were more stars!

I can't say that for the price, the Edge service company is working for my benefit or against it. It seems to have produced more ants and wasp from what I had before. I can't really say the rodent treatment problem has any benefit either, as I have had to call the Health Department and they have performed a better job. It is very pricey for the services performed for only servicing the outside. I have paid for less pricey companies and had a better outcome. I hope I'm not in a contract, as this will need to be negotiated!!!

They were on time, professional, and explained clearly what they would be doing. I did get the 5 treatment package. They'll be back in 30 days, then 3 month retreating. I have recommended them to friends.

This company's prices are very reasonable and they showed up at the time promised. They also give a discount on their annual service plan when you book through Home Advisor.

When speaking with the rep on the phone about all their plan options they push and push for a year long non-refundable contract(at around $100 a month). When asked (multiple times) if they had a shorter service he finally told me about a $300 one time visit. I said aftet the service guy checks out our "situation" I would like to decide on an appropriate plan together. Well service rep came out. Wouldn't even LOOK at anything until I signed the year long contract. When I asked about the one time service he mumble something about rodent activity changes throughout the year and that he knew NOTHING of a 1 time service call. I stupidly caved to the contract because we were about to move in and critters are my worst nightmare. There were 2 plans...one that was supposed to be premium rodent. I THOUGHT this meant he would find all holes seal them with steal wool and clean up anything found left by the unwelcome visitors. So he set a couple traps and set out ONE poison box right in the front of our house (super attractive...***sarcasm***) when there was a ton of landscaping he could have hid it behind. After an extremely short period of time he came to the door and said he was done.I asked if he had done a thorough job of patching...he looked at me like I was crazy. Turns out I had paid an extra 100bucks for him to sweep up some droppings. I made him walk around the house and through the garage to look for gaps. When we found them he said he was out of steal wool and we could just buy some expanding foam and fill them ourselves. What the hell was I paying him to do then!?!?!? In order for me to move in my husband ended up doing all the work this guy was supposed to do...and I am paying for them to come back and check traps once a month for a year. I read some bad reviews of this company...but brushed it off as a couple of communication issues or very pesky critters. I now know it is this company and the reviews were spot on. Please save your time and money and find a higher rated pest control company that will be thorough and worth your hard earned money.

Very thorough. Love that they use pet friendly chemicals. Nice and professional staff.
