They promise you the moon but when push comes to shove they fall short on delivery

I was under the impression I would be able to get someone to come out and look at the bee situation before telling me what they could do and price. What happened is I spoke with a representative that DID NOT come out and basically called me an idiot for saying I had a bee problem when HE knew it was probably wasps. Then he tries to get me into a package that I don't want or know if I NEED because he did not come out to see the situation. I do have to commend their service technicians. I had 4 different ones come out and all of them were polite and helpful. Too bad I can't say the same for the customer service/salesman.

A bit pricey and must agree to a longer plan than seemingly needed, but the work is top notch and the services are explained professionally.

The people who spoke with me over the phone were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The person who came out to spray for the bugs was very nice and efficient. The contract and price seem a little steep but as long as their work is effective, I have no complaints. They also advised that they would come back when needed and prior to normally scheduled appointments.

It is a terrible company with horrible customer service!!! I was told that this product would be fine for the beehives I have in my yard. The Tech came out and laughed at that and said it was going to kill my bees. I asked to cancel since I was getting contradictory information and didn't want their product to kill off my bees. The manager "BEN" (is his name) from Utah told me I would have to pay a $400.00 cancelation fee. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he wouldn't allow me to. I called the person in charge of customer relations, Talor Hassell, and he would not speak to me either. We have been going around in circles dealing with these people. Also they have been out twice and we still have an ant problem that we didn't even have BEFORE they came! Their product has not helped at all! I would really like to speak with someone from their company who can resolve our issues.

Very Professional but a bit pricy.

Submitted a request to Edge Pest Control in regards to a rodent issue at our property late Thursday evening. I received a call before 9am the next morning to follow up on my request. I spoke with a man & a woman. Both were very pleasant & informative. They explained their services very thoroughly & were able to have someone out to my property the same day I called. My boyfriend said the technician that came out to the house was just as helpful & knowledgeable. The price you pay for the service is definitely worth it! Not only are they helping with my rodent issue but they are assisting in other pest management, such as insects. Could not be any more pleased with my choice thus far!

I called today got service out to my home within an hour. Wonderful and they will check every 90 days until problem is resolved.. Friendly and fast service professionals. The person they sent was very educated in addressing my needs.. Thanks....

I live out of state, and the home is in the process of being sold. Edge was very helpful in keeping me informed of the work they did, as well as allowing me to sign documents electronically.

I haven't had aNY rodents since they have been taking care of my home.

They were on time, very thorough and met all of our needs. They were also very well priced and we got good quality for it.

Was not satisfied with work, hey put traps out and they are nowhere to be found. I was put into a contract I was not aware of. I wanted to cancel they wouldn't allow me to speak with a manager they said someone was going to come out to fix the problem but no one came.
