Extremely polite and courteous. Everyone I've spoke with has always done such a great job explaining everything in great detail and making sure I'm happy with my service. You can tell customer service is something their team truly cares about and makes a priority. There's only one tiny thing that I barely feel is worth mentioning, because I'm so happy with their service and team... but I did have to wait quite a while when I called their service number for existing service to make note of some special requests for my upcoming service. Hardly anything to be upset about because they have so professional and easy to work with. I'm definitely seeing some progress as we had a really bad ant problem. This is our second service. They have reassured me though that if I see any signs or have any issues that they will make sure it is taken care of for me under warranty. Excellent work!! Keep it up- it's working!! Will definitely recommend.

Always prompt and polite! And they have definitely decreased the pest population. We live in the country-so bugs are life! But theyâ ve controlled them quite well in our home and outside.

We just had our first treatment. Seems we have had immediate results. Also customer service was excellent as my rep worked around my hectic busy working schedule, and waited to finish up the visit after my meeting was finished. He then explained everything he did, and more about the process and made a recommendation of something to repair on the house to prevent additional problems. Great customer service so far.

The technicians always call when they are on their way and call when finished, if you arenâ t home for service. The technicians focus on specific areas when you request it. They are courteous and responsive and their product works well.

We signed a 1 year contract in May of 2020. The first season I was disappointed after the 2nd treatment, and a phone call to Edge left me feeling like they don't care enough to have the job done satisfactorily since we were locked into a contract. I felt stuck! This year, we've had only 2 treatments so far. The 2nd treatment I was home so I could observe. Matt did not run through the yard like the technicians did last year. He was definitely more thorough. We may not sign another contact as I feel that once locked in, we may not get the service we received on the previous 2 treatments. It's a lot of money to be treated like we were last year. Every time we tried enjoying our yard last year, we would retreat indoors because of mosquitos. This year has been more enjoyable, but I don't feel we can trust Edge to deliver continued good service under contract. I'm willing to pay a little more each month to have freedom to cancel services as we see as necessary without being penalized.

Both technicians who have serviced my home were very courteous, but the 2nd was over the top helpful and professional. He clearly explained the services he was going to perform and did an amazing job cleaning all the spider webs off the outside of my house. Highly recommend!

They are very professional! A lot of pest control companies wanted paid up front but they only charge when they come. They are great with explaining what they are doing and if there is a problem after they spray they take care of the problem. I would recommend them!!!!
