Their products do not work. Just started service with them and still seeing spiders and wasp which they state you do not see after the second service. They have been back out for a re-service twice now and still have the same problems. When called in to talk to them all they will do is say we will have someone come re-service you. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend them.

Our technician was super polite and did everything I asked. He was overweight and I needed the sub basement sprayed. He had a hard time maneuvering in but did it with a smile. I was a bit worried about him when he came out. Did the rest quickly and efficiently and called me when he was done. This was our second treatment and was wishing they would have come back 2 weeks ago. Hereâ s hoping this gets them all. If not I know they will come back at no charge.

Friendly folks each time I call in & the service tech Matt S is super friendly, knowledgeable & kind. I have had treatments for moles as well as ants and wasp nest knock-down. Very glad I went with Edge. Quick turn around time after calling for treatments is great too.

Well, today we got our first service of the contract. Getting the contact was a bit complicated because the salesman (Max) wasn’t really detailed about what was included. I agreed to buy it but when I read it I didn’t understand it. Max didn’t mention there would be 2 contracts and what was each for. I decided to go their local office and met Michael (Branch manager). He explained everything better. He said he would get in touch with Max to quote me again. Never heard from Max again. Daniel (exterminator), called me and he explained other things that were not completely clear yet (like the 2 contracts). He got in touch with the CS office and Dani called me. She explained prices and sent me new contact. I have to say that if it was Michael and Daniel, I would have canceled and tried another company. Daniel was the hook. He came to my home and answer allllll my questions and more. He is a very nice young man. Polite and knowledgeable. I hope he becomes “our” guy. He found all the things I was afraid he would find.. and explained how things were going to work. I have a second and third visit in the next month.. with luck, our little problem will be gone by then. I’m very happy I decided to purchase the contract ..& I’m hoping their products are as good as Michael’s and Daniel’s customer service .. I recommend it. I will leave a follow up review after the second visit..& hopefully will have awesome news but the 3rd one.

Very capable organization

They always give a courtesy call when theyâ re coming and when theyâ re done. They ask if thereâ s any issues and always address them. Theyâ re courteous, reliable and you really see results.

Great service with polite and knowledgeable sales rep and technicians. My only complaint which is not really a complaint is the technician did not have a Tyvek suit so he could go into the crawl space to spray under the house. As soon as I remember to call they will send someone to complete the work at no extra charge.

The service tech was polite and efficient. The only reason I gave a 4 overall is because when I tried calling to set a time, the first time I never got a pickup and the second time I sat on hold for 12 minutes. This is a busy time. That being said, hire more people to take calls during peak season.

In my experience with Edge, what I have loved is that when they are there, they are very professional and engaging giving you information that you probably did not have before. When they are doing their work, you'd have to follow them around to know they are there. They are quick and efficient, very thorough, and they get results.
