Jeremiah, Tyler and Cameron are MOVING ROCKSTARS. They were here on time and ready to work. Their communication was very clear and precise. The first thing they told us was that they were there to get us moved and for us to be completely satisfied at the end of the process. They told us to not hesitate to let them know of any "special needs" with our belongings. We were very grateful as we have several antiques, heavy and unusual items and we had very specific requests for the handling of these items. The crew was very polite, courteous, attentive and patient with us as to our requests. They cared for our things as if they were their own. I was dreading this move more than anything and even lost sleep worrying about it but the dedication of commitment of our team made this a VERY POSITIVE experience. We will be moving again in a few months when we determine our final destination, and I would not consider using anyone else. They could not have done a better job.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Paid over $2,700 for Moving Proz to pack and move us from 1,300 to 3,700 sq ft, 2.4 miles away. I supervised them at first. Later, I offered to help them by driving to the final location and unloading my car (they loaded my car with bins, and I figured Iâ d unload them for them). I also told them Iâ d buy them lunch, and would return with their food. When I had the food in hand, and told them I was coming back, Mateo Chavez (lead mover) weirdly discouraged me from returning, saying they didnâ t need to eat right then and were leaving to come to the house. However, they didnâ t arrive for an hour (itâ s a 6 minute drive). Perhaps they needed a break, but it was weird they wouldnâ t want their lunch as part of that. I now believe they were trying to prevent me from coming back to the initial location, where Iâ d discover they hadnâ t finished the job. When they finally arrived, they unloaded everything. After they got their $2,700+ and left (tipped and with pizza), we discovered several problems, the main one being that they DID NOT ACTUALLY PACK NOR MOVE MANY ITEMS FROM THE INITIAL LOCATION. They actually threw items into piles at the initial location and left them there, after lying to us and dissuading me from returning to the property. They also left their trash/drink bottles everywhere. Given that we had closed and had to be out of that location by midnight, I went to Home Depot to buy boxes and tape (they have the receipt but refuse to reimburse). I also immediately texted Mateo, who claimed they ran out of boxes and were â trying to stay on schedule.â But he never told me these things, never notified me. I immediately called Moving Proz customer service, who was polite but noncommittal. He said that he was very sorry and admitted all wrongdoing, but kept saying he needed to â talk to the manager and would keep [me] posted.â I called three times and at the third conversation he said he was trying to get some movers out that night, to do the job, but couldnâ t guarantee it. He wouldnâ t discuss any possibility of a refund. After three conversations he said he would call me back ASAP. So I stopped calling. And waited. I finally called back, and got a voicemail saying that customer service is closed. Weâ ve been defrauded. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS! Also: â ¢ Destroyed my dresser, said it was my fault. â ¢ Broke storage shelf, said it was already broken (nope). â ¢ Movers (4) were WAY too young. Two looked to be no more than 16. I caught one of them smoking at my house (hiding around the side of the house). I later found 2 cigarette butts. â ¢ They never notified us they were out of boxes. Instead, they just stopped packing and left the initial residences with unpacked items they threw into piles (clean linens on the filthy floor). â ¢ My wedding fur was thrown onto the floor in the closet, still on the hanger. â ¢ We know they lied about being out of boxes, as I saw stacked flattened boxes inside the truck during unloading. â ¢ Unpacking, we discovered over 50% of boxes were only 2/3 full. They didnâ t fill the boxes *we paid for*. â ¢ There was never a maximum number of boxes quoted. â ¢ They lied, said that everything was off the patios from the first location (I have texts). â ¢ Movers told customer service we had â gone over inventoryâ but this is not reflected on the quote/contract. In fact, the quote showed us paying for 40 boxes, plus 3 wardrobe boxes, but they only packed 30 boxes. This is UNDER inventory. â ¢ One of the â wardrobe boxesâ ($16.99), which costs 5x a normal box, wasnâ t a wardrobe boxâ it was a box they stuffed hanging clothes in, wrinkling everything. â ¢ Several hanging clothes were left in the closet, yet one of the wardrobe boxes was packed less than 50% full. â ¢ Getting them to reassemble beds was impossible. One bed isnâ t assembled and we have to hire someone.

"Jennifer, I was sorry to hear you had concerns about your move. I have reviewed your move information, including the contract, move notes, damage claim, and billing. I show that you signed off on the move at its completion which notes that the move has been completed to your satisfaction and that all items were moved. That doesnt seem to align with the details you are providing regarding your move, but as I looked into things that seemed to be the case again and again. The crew notes indicate that upon arrival there were more items that they were asked to move that were not included in the inventory but that they were going to do the best they could to include everything. Ramon in Customer Service did let the Operations Team know that you reported some items left behind and you sent in pictures of those items. In one photo there was the mat that your dog used for restroom purposes and the items that were near that such as the doghouse and garden hose. The images show feces on the mat. Those were items the crew let you know they couldnt move because of the urine and feces on them. The crew noted you did leave the move in progress and that they had a hard time reaching you via cell phone after that. It is important to have someone on site at the move for many reasons, particularly if the move is over inventory and decisions need to be made. We note that in the pre move information in your portal and the documents in your agreement. While our team was loaded for the inventory that was in the pre-move agreement, we were not loaded with unlimited materials for the additional inventory we faced. The crew noted that all the furniture in the inventory was loaded and moved and your pictures verify that. Ramon in customer service noted that you were interested in setting up a part two for the move and additional miscellaneous inventory, but when we reached out to do so you had booked another company. The claims process for damages is outlined in our agreement with you and in your portal. We request that information be emailed to us, with information about the damage including photos. As of this writing, you have not filed a claim for any damages with us. It is inaccurate for you to say we told you any potential damage was your fault, or not covered, because you have not filed a claim for us to respond to. Instead of following that process, as it is outlined in our agreement, you have put up multiple inaccurate reviews in an attempt to have your move refunded, even though it took our crew 7 hours to move your items. The boxes you saw on the truck are not the type of boxes that we use for the type of packing you are describing. I can understand that you saw something that looked helpful, but those boxes are flat piece mirror boxes. They can only be used for artwork and mirrors as they are only 4inches in depth. In addition to this incorrect assumption, you have also made several incorrect assumptions about your crew. Every member of your crew was over the age of 20 and none of them smoke. While I dont have to address that, it is important to highlight how personal and unfounded your accusations have become. You have also filed a chargeback on your move with your credit card company, so currently your account remains past due and collecting fees. Per our agreement, the move must be paid in full prior to any claims being processed. It was our goal from the beginning to assist with your additional inventory the best we could. All of the items in your inventory were moved as outlined in our agreement and you have, to date, not filed a damage claim for assessment. We are happy to research any claim you file and address it accordingly."

They have me updated 3 days before the move date, and asked if anything had changed since the day I got my quote. A day before the move date they call me and send me an email with expected time of arrival. The moving date, they give me a courtesy call with 30 min before arriving and asked me where I wanted them to park. When they show up they all introduced themselves by name with me and asked for a tour around the house and my instructions, and they all began the packing, then loading the truck, they protected everything and organized. After they done they told me they were going to take a break and head over my new place, they give me a courtesy call then show up and started unloading my stuff and asked for a tour and named my rooms, and set very thing in place carefully they protected my floors and door entrance. Before they stepped in. Make my move easy and fast. I would recommend this group to my friends their names was, manger and driver DJ Grill, Dennis, Jarred and Issac. To all of them thank you for be careful and very respectful.

We have hired these guys FOUR times! can tell we trust them, huh! So respectful of us and our belongings, having such fun all along the way. They asked where we wanted each dolly load and specific boxes too. When we changed our minds a little, they were more than happy to move things around. Moving Proz did a really good job. They sent out Tyler and Braden (if I remember correctly). Iâ m usually a do it yourself person but I had to move my furniture out of a 3-story walk up. I donâ t personally know anyone strong enough to do the job and if I did I would be worried sick about them getting hurt. But these two got everything wrapped up, down the stairs, and unloaded at the new apartment in two hours flat! Iâ m seriously impressed.
