He called promptly (another vendor I had called never returned my call). We had a miscommunication over the time of the appointment, but when he arrived, he did a great job, pointed out another issue and fixed that as well quickly and efficiently. Great job! Would definitely recommend.

he was called to fix my clothes dryer. When we told him the trouble we had with our fancy dishwasher he also told us how to correct those problems ( which we did with great results ). overall the best repairman we have ever had

Jeff did a Great Job! He came the same day that I called! He's very professional, friendly and efficient! We were so pleased with him, and his unquestionable integrity. We had another repairman come out a week before, and due to some unforeseen extenuating health problems, he couldn't come back in a timely manner. However, JEFF made the same diagnosis, and quoted us the same price, as the other Repair Technician. We are really happy we used KC Appliance MD, JEFF repaired our Dryer in a very timely manner, and gave us tips regarding extending the life of our Washer & Dryer! We will definitely refer JEFF to our friends & family, as well as use him in the future.

Jeff did a great job, he was on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, cleaned up the area after he finished. I now have a cold refrigerator again. I would highly recommend KC Appliance MD. I would definitely use Jeff again.

Kept us informed as to arrival time as well as when parts would be available. Price was less then your normal retailer subcontractors. Job not completed yet but don't feel there will be any issues at this point. My ice maker is already makeing ice and just waiting on stove part in a few days. Seems like an honest person. Would recommend to others.
