Description of Work: I had a leak between floors. I thought it was a problem with a dishwasher, but it was caused by exterior drainage, which Joe persisted in analyzing. He cleaned the gutter downspouts for a temporary fix. He also did some minor maintenance with bathroom faucets and a shower head. He charged $155, but deserved and received the extra $45 I paid.

Description of Work: We called JC Plumbing about drain cleaning on Saturday, Oct. 30 and Monday, Nov 1, 2010, and left messages on the phone 3 times. No one answered or responded to our requests for call backs. Called him specifically based on his reviews on Angies List. So disappointed....he at least could have answered the phone on Monday or called back to say he was too busy to do any work at this time.

Description of Work: I called Joe with a concern over some discoloration in some pipes, and he called back within one hour of my leaving a message to discuss the issues at hand. We concluded that there was no need for him to come out. So very nice, when he could have easily suggested making a trip out and that would have cost us money. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. We will definitely use JC Plumbing when we actually need a plumber!!
