This company trimmed two maples and a fruit tree and hauled away large branches and debris from trimming I had done myself. The work was done immediately before winter so it was not until the following spring that I noticed a downspout near the exit point had been badly damaged. The owner did not want to issue a refund, instead preferring to replace the downspout himself. There was no further communication for two months. I called again and was told to expect a call the same day but there was no response. A few weeks ago, I emailed again but heard nothing. I had just spent $1800 for new gutters so of course, I wanted it repaired. I was not completely satisfied with the work that was done. I requested that the maple be trimmed so that it did not droop over the house. During the next rainstorm, that is exactly what happened so I had to hire another company to solve the problem. I was told by the estimators that the crew would follow through on any requests, but when I asked the crew chief to trim a large viburnum, he said he would cut it down to the ground and it would grow back. I am in my 60s and not in the best of health so it was exasperating to have to climb a ladder and do it myself.

They remove a dead tree limb and tree limbs that were close to my roof and electrical connection to the house. They also remove a tree stump. They were very professional and quick in removing the tree limbs and stumps. It took maybe an hour half to complete the work. Considering the heat index is 102 to 103 degree outside and there is heat advisory it amazing how quickly they did the work. I would definitely will use their tree service again if needed.

Came out to bid on same day of initial contact and completed job 5 days later, even though a holiday weekend was involved. Crew chief/climber/trimmer, Rob, was very professional and patient with me as he gradually trimmed limbs to solve my problem. He also did an excellent job of supervising the ground crew.

They were great! Came right out for a quote and it was considerably cheaper than other quotes we received from other companies. The guy who as knowledgeable and friendly. They came out a couple weeks later to grind the stump and trim a tree for a great price!
