Slower than expected.

The reason I went with DenMart is that it is a one stop shop.
They have a great selection of tile, and great people assist in picking it out.
They came out and measured the area, made a list of all needed products. I could have purchased just the materials, their prices are competitive, and quality great.
I decided to have them do the install also.
The owner came out with his crew and reviewed the details of each step with the crew and myself to make sure everyone was on the same page.
The crews were great. They were polite, respected our home, neat, and most of all did outstanding work. (and I don't call people outstanding very often).
One nit to pick. The owner does like to over commit, setting the crew up to underperform at any unexpected circumstance. This was most evident was when he committed that the shower door would be installed towards the end of the week and we would be able to use the shower over the weekend. When I called on friday to ask where the crew was, I was told that I could and quot;scheduleand quot; the install of the shower door for the next week. Now, had that been communicated up front, there would not have been an issue. But, by his word, I let my wife know that she could use the and quot;goodand quot; shower friday night, and that is the one person I hate to disappoint.
But, bottom line. My wife and I love the work they did, and we WILL be using them again for the tile in our front hallway, or whatever else comes up.

He comes to your home and looks at all of your things and gives you suggestions and prices. I could call him at anytime. It was a great experience and he was very professional. The owner personally takes care of things for you. I was so happy that I found them. The original crew that came out made a large mess. I called the owner and they had someone come out and take care of everything.

Arrived on time and performed the work in a professional manner. Completed the job on time. Also, returned to complete additional tile work and touched up the trim for the hardwood floor.
