I’d like to start with fact that out of the 4 quotes I got for my project Creative Concepts was the lowest. That did worry me about the quality of the product, but once the project started I could tell I was in good hands! The work they put into my deck was truly impressive. The workers were polite and skilled! I will definitely hire them agin for any project in the future!!

When we made the decision to get a bid from Creative Concepts and Designs, it was a great one! Caleb was so kind and easy to talk to. Really listened to what we wanted, he is definitely a professional with deck design ideas. They were busy, so we had to wait a while to get our new deck, but I will say it was well worth the wait! Caleb, Pat, Aaron and the crew were all wonderful to work with. Our new deck has exceeded our expectations in every way. Would highly recommend using them!

Caleb, Brent, Aaron did an excellent job on our deck from start to finish. Caleb had excellent design ideas, pricing was transparent, and paperwork (insurance, contract, permit) was professional. We talked with 5 different contractors and Creative Concepts was the clear choice. The construction itself was also top notch. Aaron quickly demoed the deck to make way for Brent to pour our concrete patio/sidewalk and build our retaining and seating walls. Once the concrete was cured, Aaron went to work building us a high quality deck at light speed. The team discovered wide spread defects in the decking before we did and had replacement material delivered without slowing the project down at all. It was great to have a team doing quality control on our behalf as if it was their own house. Creative Concepts and Design built us a high quality deck at lightning speed for a competitive price. I highly recommend Creative Concepts and Design. .

We were in need of a new deck. Caleb came out and helped us with the design and pricing for a new deck. They pulled permits and went above standard code in the build. Pat from the office was very professional and kept us updated on all of the paperwork. Aaron met with us daily during the build and did a final walk through. They cleaned everything up. We love our new deck. There is a long waiting list but it was definitely worth the wait.

Caleb the owner came by to give me a quote. I really really appreciate his honesty when it came to the scope of my project even if it meant not getting the job. Thank you for being upfront and putting me in a direction that will be better for my home long term.

I had a great experience with Creative Concepts & Design LLC. Caleb took his time to explain and sketch out everything for me so I could see what was being proposed. We decided on a winter build and it only took 3 days to complete. Aaron and his crew cleaned up after themselves and the deck is perfect!

Dave from Extreme Electric provided an expert installation on our new kitchen light fixture. Great guy to chat with, very professional and I will definitely schedule another appointment when I am in need of electrical work.

The crew and workmanship was nothing short of outstanding. What also set this company apart from others was their detailed quote by line item. This allowed us to decide if we wanted to accept or remove certain items from our deck replacement. Unfortunately, the project manager was non-existent and rarely returned calls or answered my questions. I would expect the project manager to answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner.

The Creative Concepts & Design team were great to work with. Brent and Ralph were professional, on time, and pay attention to the details (corner joints, spacing, butt joints, picture framing layout, etc). I would highly recommend these guys if you are building a new deck or needing some repairs.
