The work was scheduled and performed in a short time period. The workers were professional with a eye toward detail. The entire area was inspected multiple times to ensure all roofing debris was cleaned up.

We have used this company before and they preformed as expected. However, this time we left a voice mail on their automated phone system and they never responded.

I'd give them A across the board.

Terrible! Sarah is our project manager person. She NEVER answers her phone. The materials were placed in the wrong area of the driveway, blocking access to the driveway/garage. The crew did not show up as scheduled. Have had to call daily to try to get the crew there. They show up about every other day for a few hours. They were supposed to start 11/14/2016 and have yet to complete the work. As part of the contract, they were supposed to place new roof decking. They did not because it was not damaged as originally thought. Were finally able to contact the "supervisor" for the job because of the lack of progress. Pointed out that the new roof decking was not used and he conceded that the job cost should be and would be adjusted. Received an invoice (not adjusted) for the work with a threat of billing an additional 1.5% fee if not paid upon receipt. The job is not even complete! We are now 1 month into a job that was to take 1 week. We chose Bordner because of their reputation and have been very disappointed!

They were very good but they are extremely expensive. They did a great job but it kind of has a monopoly on that because I couldn’t find anybody else. It was painful.

Nester the supervisor was great. It did not take long for them to complete the repairs. They always made sure to leave the work site as clean as how they found it.

Horrible. After being told I'd have info on the quote within about three days, I finally called after 12 days to inquire about the estimate. Was told that the guy that came to the house hadn't submitted any paperwork for the quote. Thanks Bordner, for wasting 90 minutes of my time. Their rep also told me that they probably wouldn't be able to replace my 9 ft sliding door. But, he didn't get back to me in that either. Glad I found another company to give my business to, to replace my 17 windows.

They did a great job on the stucco and the painting later. One of the guys slipped and dumped some paint on the roof. He called and told me about it and they had someone come out a few days later and fixed it up like it hadn't happened.

Insurance replacement, roof and gutters. Sloppy craftsmanship, shingle alignment very poor. Gutters leak at every corner, poorly installed. Not recommended!

They came out to give me a quote and were able to pinpoint the leak that another company couldn't find. They took pictures of the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote that covered only the work needing done. The other company I had bid the job wanted to replace an entire section of my roof. It took them about two weeks to make it out to complete the repair, but that was quicker than the three weeks which had been quoted. Overall, I was satisfied with the work. The repair has not leaked in any rain storms since it was fixed.

My roof needed some fixing one of the pipes broke and my whole house was falling apart it was horrible , they manned to fix it so fast it only took two day .. My roof looks brand new

After talking with roofer after roofer, I finally found an outstanding contractor in Bordner Roofing of Raytown. Their representative Noel Brumble was the first salesman to actually accurately measure rather than guess the square footage of my home (1,275 sq. ft.) I regarded the price he quoted (approximately $6,000) as fair for tearing off the old wood shingles and installing new decking plus architectural comp shingles. The company gladly provided proof of insurance and other documents. The roofers were backed up by a project manager and very helpful office staff so that any questions could be handled promptly by email or phone.I am very pleased with the appearance and overall quality of the new roof.

Each work group was very professional and friendly and always ready to answer our questions.? Matt, our overall job supervisor, quickly responded the several times I needed to talk? with him.? One day he even made a special trip over to teach me how to open our new windows for when the time comes to clean them.? The installation crew cleaned them thoroughly after the installation.? One day was quite windy, and a section of our aging fence fell down.? The siding professionals were here, and asked if they could go fix it for me.? They refused to take any money..?Each day the workers cleaned up everything.? Everyone was telling me how I would be finding nails for months -- I have found ONE nail.? The house is so much more comfortable with the low-E glass windows.? I have the thermostat set 5 degrees higher in this 100+ heat, and the house is more comfortable than it ever has been.? I no longer hear the traffic noise from Quivira Road or from I-435.? Mary, the woman in the office, kept me up to date on scheduling and coordinating all tasks.? The house looks like it is new.? Our neighbors are very happy too.? I could not be happier with the service and the price.

Had Bordner (and some others) out to assess our house for work and recommendations. Original stucco had numerous areas of cracking.  repair was determined to be ill-advised and not feasible given the extent of cracking and separation. Tom Barker was the sales person.  He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable.  He responded well to the numerous questions we had concerning options, price, timing, warranty, etc. Contact was through emails and phone calls which worked well. Once final decision to go forward with Bordner was made , we were put on their schedule, Since we were also having cavity insulation done by another party this required coordination between Bordner and Insulation company which Bordner office (Mary Jane) handled and handled very well. Job was then handed over to Matt Scott who was the Bordner project manager and our contact for the project (removal of old stucco, housewrapping, installation of new Hardie siding and window trim, and new window. Work commenced with set up of pump jacks needed for stucco removal.  Crew worked efficiiently and quickly and was generally thoughtful in removal process which was messy., Appreciated that Bordner was able to assemble large crew of up to 10.men during stucco removal, wrapping, and siding install, which facilitated job completion in timely manner. Kitchen window replacement had been ordered but not available for install until after siding install was well underway.  So work around was needed. Decision was made to replace all window trim (brick mold) - both the rotted and non-rotted. This was done concurrent with siding. Windows sills were replaced as needed.. Four window sills were missed or not identified by siding installers which caused issues when it came time to paint. (hardie primed planks were installed which would be finish painted when weather warmed in the spring). A few storm windows were damgaed in various stages of project but were eventually repaired and rehung.  Larry McCoy was exceptional in his support of the project - with hanging storm windows, touch up painting, and whatever was needed to complete the job and keep the customer happy.
