It went bad I asked why the check was returned and not covered by my overdraft, b/c I have a 2000.00 overdraft protection on my acct for the last 3yrs. And I was told that it no longer exist on my acct. and I should have never been told how much protection I had on my acct. Then I asked why wasn't I informed of this change. Then they advised me that they are not required to notify customers of any changes because it's in the small print. I told her I disagreed with that and I dont feel that is true. They did a review of people that went into overdraft Quite a bit. and they decided to reduce the amt of protection on accts to reign in the excessive use of the overdraft protection. And there is a new owners, and new policies for the bank that play a part in this. because of this I will be closing my acct.
