This business is really good as Winston runs a really honest business for people that maybe can't afford the cost of a dealership.The only drawback is that he doesn't have the equipment for certain jobs, but that does not affect his GREAT work!
Winston is a really honest man and I recommend this smaller shop!

My family has gone to Band W Battery and Repair for years now. They've always given us fair prices and have done excellent work. Whenever a repair or a part was needed they have taken the extra mile to show us the part and how it works and tried to find a used one (if it was in good shape) to lower costs. In this instance they did the repair the same day and the cost came out much lower than expected. This is a solid repair shop and I won't take my car anywhere else.

Contacted Band W for adjustment on service, but owner never returned call and stuck me with cost of incorrect service.

I trust Winston (the W of Band W, I think) to perform most of the work on my car. He is honest. He won't suggest repairs/maintenance that aren't necessary; he will suggest items that need to be looked at in the future. If he repairs something and it doesn't fix the initial problem, he charges very little for the time spent re-doing it. Over the years he has tracked down problems that would have cost me a fortune at a dealer. I am a single woman. Occasionally I need to take my car into the dealer for a very specific problem. I hate that experience because I end up feeling patronized and taken advantage of. Band W never makes me feel that way.

They are excellent. I have been using them years.
