a bit slow at first, but after they got the tenant in pretty well. Their fees are very fair, their showing system is one I am not used to, but they pay the money by the 10th of each month. Also they said they would allow me to cancel our agreement if the tenant decided to purchase the property. Very pleasant over the phone.

so so. I hired them to rent my house in an excellent Brookside location. After 3 weeks when it had not rented they disclosed to me that they actually did not meet prospective renters they simply placed a lock box on the property and allowed people to visit the property unattended. They are very polite and courteous but did not fully disclose that their model was to allow self service showings. At this point they want to charge me a $300 cancellation fee or give them a 30 day notice. I gave them a 30 day notice- if they find a quality tenant I will allow them to rent it but probably would not use them again from the start.
