The best way for the Angie's List world to see the incompetence of this business is to give you the unadulterated email exchange I had with the owner, Mr. Russ Lawrence, after having ordered a floral arrangement off their website on Thu, 6/6/13. On Mon 6/10/13 I wrote: and quot;My wife placed a web order (confirmation number XXXXX) on Thu 6/6/13, for delivery of a floral arrangement to her sister (XXX address, Independence MO) on Fri 6/7/13. No delivery was made on Fri or Sat. We placed phone calls to your shop on both days, were assured that the order had been received, and were promised the and quot;someone will get right back to you.and quot; No and quot;someoneand quot; ever called. At no time have we been offered any reasonable explanation for your failure to deliver these flowers in a timely manner. We are angry and disappointed. Effective immediately, you will cancel this order and process a full refund (XX dollars), to be credited back to the credit card I used to place this order.and quot; Mr. Lawrence responded: (spelling and grammar are verbatim) and quot;I have looked up your order and your card was never charged. This order was rejected do to not enough funds for the requested flowers. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Know in the fixture that I helps to call direct to find out availability of flower and the going cost of them. We are will send flowers for you but you will need to call so we can help with what is available thanks so much Russ Lawrence owner.and quot; I responded: and quot;What on Earth are you talking about? and quot;Order rejectedand quot; because of and quot;not enough funds?and quot; This was a standard and quot;Fashionista Bloomsand quot; arrangement selected off your own website! At no time did anyone ever call to explain that you either didn't have the flowers in this arrangement in store stock, or you did have the flowers but the price was going to be higher than the advertised website price. Instead, you just and quot;rejectedand quot; the order...with no communication whatsoever? And and quot;in the future, it helps to call...?and quot; You have got to be kidding! First, there will be no and quot;next time.and quot; Additionally...what if I placed a web order at midnight? You would then expect I needed to call the next day to find out if you actually have the flowers you advertise on your website, and if the price actually is the advertised price? You need to shut down your internet ordering if your advertised arrangements and prices might be fictional.and quot; Mr. Lawrence responded with one line: and quot;your card was never charged so sorry.and quot; BUYERS BEWARE! Do not trust that this shop will fill and deliver an order placed though their website. They may or may not have the flowers...and even if they have the flowers, the and quot;going costand quot; of the flowers might be more than the website advertised price and your order will summarily be REJECTED without any communication from them.
Description of Work: I ordered flowers via the web for delivery to an address that is in the local area of this shop. They did not deliver...ever.

this order was place at midnight and was requesting delivery next day and the product was not available and we tried several times to reach. we try to help all our friends with their flower need but is does help to call the shop directly we have no customers only friends...

We have been working with Russ for about two years, and he is an extremely creative and enthusiastic individual. He is a great person to work with, and his ideas, as well as their execution, are outstanding. Furthermore, his pricing is very reasonable.
Description of Work: They are responsible for the floral arrangements, table arrangements, and overall decoration of my daughter's wedding.
