Sam was professional and helped me replace our water heater in a matter of hours from the first time we spoke.

I really like the service.. they keep in touch .. I had a bad problem with my central air & it was going to cost more than I could afford ..they worked with me to bring the cost down .. I am on a disability income & also a senior citizen.. I have medical issues, & they understood my dilemma .. I would recommend Liberty .

The service man was on time and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Very personable and polite, my air conditioner is working great and very glad it was able to be fixed in this hot and humid weather.

Very prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Was a little on the pricey side, but it was an emergency service call, so that may have something to do with it.

It sounds quite expensive to pay $460 for Freon recharge. But it is in the late night and I am not sure about the price. Overall he is very professional and provides excellent service.

Sam Marsala is excellent in every way. From diagnosis to inventive problem-solving and very good communication skills. With lower overhead the job was priced at about half of the estimates by others. The technician really knew his stuff. it took him no time to isolate and fix the problem. Plus, I had the tech perform system maintenance. He did an excellent job.

Sam gave a good, competitive bid on central A/C replacement. He explained all the pros and cons of repairing my old unit versus installing a new A/C system. He and his team replaced my old unit the very next day in under 3 hours! There were some minor follow up issues that Sam took care of quickly with no hassles. Highly recommended!
