"This customer is half correct in their complaint. We did repair their A/C after normal business hours on a Friday evening since it was very hot out. Had to use the dryer breaker to power the A/C as a temporary fix until we could return with the new breaker. We did not promise or tell her we were returning on any certain day but said we would as soon as time permitted. I had her contact information on my cell business phone which is how I conduct all my business. My phone incurred water damage on that Sunday and ruined phone. I was stuck without a phone until that Wednesday when I then had to catch up on numerous missed calls and texts from me."

"I re-built the customer's electric water heater completely with all new parts. This includes replacing both heating elements. And replacing both thermostats. As well as the pressure relief valve. Most companies charge $200 or more for just replacing one element or relief valves. I challenged him to call around to local companies to get quotes for similar repairs as to what I did because I know what my competition charges and they are at least 30 to 60% higher than my prices. I am guessing that he did not do that otherwise he would not have questioned my pricing so strongly."

"Customer was aware that the total charge for the repair that they would be $325. I told his wife who was standing there with me the entire time and she called and told him how much it would be before I even did the repair. I did not charge any extra for it being a Sunday afternoon as well. This is a below normal price for this kind of repair for any reputable company in the area."
