Description of Work: Fixed dryer. Terry was prompt and was able to fix the problem. It would have been nice to have estimate of cost before it was fixed if possible. I knew minimum was $50 for service call. |

+ -1 moreHe cut the line before and after the break the installed a sleeve to replace the broken portion of the line. It took about 10 minutes including time to push the refrigerator out from it's enclosure, get behind it, remove it's access panel and put everything back. He also tried to reroute the water line so it would not come in contact with the copper line again, but after about a month it started leaking. This refrigerator came with our house and my Wife was not thrilled about it's smaller design. Absolutely not the fault of Fenton Appliance Repair, but rather than pay for what seemed like it might be monthly repairs we opted to purchase a new refrigerator of a different brand. I did not contact Fenton Appliance Repair to even see if they would warranty their repair. This seemed more like a bad manufacturer design that would just keep plaguing us over and over. The old one was moved to the garage where there is no water hookup. It will make a great guest refrigerator! We can always take ice made in the new one and store it cold in the old one to have extra ice. The ice crusher and dispenser works fine. Just the water coming in leaks.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was leaking when I opted for in-door water or when the icemaker needed water. The technician found a plastic water supply line which had come in contact with a copper refrigerant line and melted. He cut the line before and after the break then installed a sleeve to replace the broken portion of the line.

Description of Work: Refrigerator (older one in garage) was not cooling and I was ready to replace. Based on cost of new fridges I had it looked at. For $125 it's running like new.
