They didn't show up to one appointment. The gentlemen who was helping us changed positions in the company and they did not let us know and our phone calls went unanswered. They showed up 2 hours late for their appointment. We decided that we would pick out gutters at a later time, however a week after putting up Christmas lights outside, we came home to people tearing our gutters down and putting new ones up. They decided for us! They put the lights back up, but did not do a good job. They did not contact us in advance or we would have stopped them. Once the work was done, they had no interest in returning our calls or answering our questions. They just want our money.

Made contract in May. Have only gotten the roof replaced, which seems to be done well. But can not get a call back or straight answer about the timeline on the rest of our repairs. I am truly starting to worry, our downpayment covered more than the roof charges. Will probably contact the BBB next.

I can not believe that they are not cleaning up their mess - I can not walk safely next to my house or use my hose to water my plants.
I could not recommend a company that works like this.
If I have to pay someone to clean up this mess I will file a complaint with the BBB.
