Ehrlich?s Kitchens & Baths

They are very prompt, call if they're delayed. Everyone has been friendly, courteous and get the job done as promised. I do iknow I have to replace my refrigerator/freezer..but they try to get it working until I m able to replace it....Good people!

Long story short - we have used Ehrlich's for 6+ years for HVAC service and repair. We were once again having issue with the AC unit. They and quot;fixedand quot; it twice last summer. All we wanted was for someone to give us a - you should really replace this or we can fix it so it won't happen again. If they could fix it I am all for getting charged a service fee to come to our house. However, the customer service rep told us they would not come out w/o their normal service fee charge and the alotted $$ per time on the clock once here - even if the answer was...there is really nothing left to do but get a new system. They wanted to charge us (long term/loyal customers) $80+ dollars just to tell us we have to replace it??? Well - they lost the 80+ bucks and any chance of making a sale to put in a brand new system. Horrible service to what were once loyal customers!!!

We had decided to remodel our kitchen so we obtained bids from 5 different contractors. We ultimately chose Erhlichs, primarily because of their designer Kelly. He had some great ideas and his detailed drawings made it easy to visualize the finished product. After choosing the cabinets, appliances etc. we agreed on a start date. On Thursday 1/26/12 the painters arrived and removed all the wallpaper in the kitchen. On Monday, 1/30/12, Drew arrived with his helper and they proceeded to gut the kitchen. By the end of the week they had not only gutted the kitchen, but had installed all the new cabinets, done most of the rough-in electrical work and some drywall work. On Friday the countertop contractor came and measured for the countertops. The next week Drew and his helper proceeded to finish all they could until the countertops arrived. The painter also came in and painted everything this week. On Monday, 2/13/12, the countertops were installed. the next two days were spent tiling the backsplash and final electric work. On Wednesday. 2/15/12, we had the final inspection and the job was complete. We were amazed at how quickly all the work had been completed. They said it would only take 3 weeks and it was done in 3 weeks. Note: Some of the other contractors said it would take 4-5 weeks to do the job. The kitchen is beautiful we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Kelly and Drew were both very professional, friendly and really great to work with.

I called them for an estimate and they said they could finish it in two weeks. I was skeptical because of the extent of the worked that needed done - they would be stripping my walls and ceiling and basically starting completely over. After two weeks they told me they were done and asked me if I was satisfied with the work, and I couldn't be happier!

From the initial call for an appointment, to the final goodbye to the service technician, it was perfect. The appointment scheduler was polite and friendly. The technician arrived on time and phoned before he arrived. He was clean, polite, friendly, knowledgable and professional. The repair was made quickly and the price for the part was reasonable. It was, without a doubt, the most pleasant service appointment I have ever had. I will be calling Ehrlich's again when I need help with any appliance.

The dryer is old and the service tech advised I would be money ahead to buy a new dryer. He could not guarantee that all the parts for the old dryer would be available once he got into it so he was very straightforward about the choices of getting something repaired versus getting a new model. I took his advice for getting something new so I was only charged a service call. I think the price was very fair and I made the right choice. They also were very prompt and I will use them again in the future. He also offered some good advice on brands for my new machine and was also courteous and polite.

Extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I looked at Ehrlich's rating on Angie's List and that's why I chose them. I called the appliance manufacturer first, and that didn't resolve them problem. The manufacturer actually referred me to a different company, but I looked at Angie's List, saw Ehrlich's and thought I'm going to try these guys. I'm kind of regretting it because the company came out and the company rep gave me heck for what I was doing with my dishwasher even though I thought I was following all the things I was supposed to be doing with it. I just stood there and took the beating. He got the dishwasher running again, but this dishwasher is renowned for being a quiet machine, and now it's no longer quiet. I feel they accomplished the task of getting the dishwasher going, but not the way it used to run. I am not completely satisfied with the job, but on the other hand, I didn't have to install a new pump. So they did save me some money, but the machine's not running like it used to.

We returned from vacation to a warm and rancid smelling refrigerator. We called Ehrlich's on Thursday in the late afternoon and they were here Friday morning. I was very happy about that!
The serviceman, Jim, was friendly and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem within a couple of minutes of opening the door. I asked him to order a few other parts and will have them installed upon their arrival.

They did a great job. I was here all the time when they were doing the job. The 2 main guys were here. They were very courteous and very professional.

Ehrlich's performed a completed gut and remodel, including design, of our kitchen. We felt confident in their work since they had completed two other jobs for us in the past of remodeling our bathrooms. Their performance was superb. The work was completed on time-in three weeks- and everything was exactly as promised. They kept us updated every day or so and made sure the house was as tidy as possible. Their workers were very conscientious and everything was done to perfection. The subs they used were excellent and their own crew, headed by Randy Smith, was amazing. We were extremely satisfied, once again.

Erlich representative came to our home to look at our bathroom we wanted remodeled. He spent an hour with us and was very nice and informative. I asked him for a "ballpark" figure of what he thought he might cost. He said about 12 or 13 thousand dollars. That was in line with other estimates we received. But when we received the written estimate in the mail, the estimate was for over $21,000. We felt that was too far off the verbal guess he gave us when in our home. This made us feel uncomfortable with the company and we did not respond.

We like them a lot. They were on time and did what they had to do.

They were great. Carl is the main tech. He took care of me. The price negotiation, installation and service were all really well done.

We went to Ehrlich's due to their reputation and visits to their previous customers homes. The job went well from estimate to installation. Their estimate was right on. Their craftsmen were excellent, puncutal, and well mannered. They set us up with the tile wholesalers to pick the flooring, backsplash, and countertops. This was much better than trying to pick from a 4" square sample. Their attention to detail was excellent to include cleaning up after each operation.

It was actually less stressful than I expected compared with my previous bathroom remodel. I called for an estimate, and Mr. Ehrlich showed up on time. Then we had to meet at his office to choose materials. Then the workers showed up as scheduled for total demo which was very orderly, and neat. The workers laid down tarp to protect the floors, and cleaned up the dust with wet sponges at the end of each work day. The crew was very professional and courteous. They finished the work as scheduled. They had to come back to replace a chipped glass door that was temporarily installed until the replacement arrived; and that arrived as promised. I would use them again for the almost stress-free experience except that they were a little more expensive than everyone else.

My experience with them was fine. I used them in the past so I expected them to do alright. I am satisfied with them.

It went fine. He did a very professional job of quoting to us.

Great customer service. salesman called me back to let me know he had to order by a certain date for me to get rebate. I said OK and he stored at warehouse until install date. There was some miscommunication of rebate instructions, preventing me from getting it in on time. Craig of Erlich made good on the rebate. I may have them out to reroute some ductwork to make the longer runs more efficient. Craig gave me good advice on this.

They did a fantastic job. They started when they said and finished when they said. I was very pleased with them. I would use their services in the future too.
