Ehrlich?s Kitchens & Baths

AC stopped and discovered at 4:00pm. Called business at 4:45. Clark called back at 4:55 and stepped thru diagnotics questions to see if simple fix. AC still would not work and Clark arrived at 5:30pm. Had to replace a failed blower motor. Finished at about 6:30pm. Temp in house rose to 80 degress. Now cooling great and going down.

Freezer would not cool at different levels when cooling switch was changed and frost built up on back of freezer right after cleaning which had never happened before. They arrived next day, called before they came, took about 20 minutes to root out problem which is fairly rare. Repair man said he's seen only 2 others with this problem. They ordered part and within 3 days came back and installed it in 30 minutes. Total cost $187.00 for both visits and parts. Also important repair person was clean cut and trustworthy.

The project was completed under budget and well within the estimated time line (~ 7 weeks) with as little inconvenience as could be expected. Even though the laundry room was getting a new floor, I was only without the washer and dryer for one day. The crew was very professional, showed up on time and cleaned up the work site before leaving each day. Out of three bids, Erlichs price was in the middle but only slightly lower than the highest bid. The decision to use Erlichs was easy because Hal Erlichs attention to detail was evident in the bidding process and he was not afraid to steer us away from some bad decisions we might have made otherwise. We had a less fortunate experience with another kitchen remodel a few years ago that took 6 months to complete. That project suffered from errors in the original measurements and a turn over of personnel during the execution phase. After that experience I really appreciate the fact that Erlichs is family owned and they stand behind their on-time commitment, budget and quality results. I would use them again for a kitchen remodel.

Erlich's is excellent. I have used them since 1991. They are amazing. The servicemen are professional. They show up when they are supposed to. They know what they are doing. The charges are reasonable. They get the job done quickly. I would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. The workers were friendly and were always on time. They did quality work and I was very impressed. Every part of the work including the materials was very high quality. I was impressed that I had someone to help me design the kitchen. They have a great show room. They are owned by a family which I think adds a personal touch. After the kitchen designer did all the measurements one of the family members came to double check to make sure everything was correct.

I was very impressed with both Ehrlich's knowledge of the Trane furnace and his interest in explaining its operation to me. Obviously not in a hurry, he patiently answered my questions, even illustrating his answers with reference to the parts and their operation. Although the actual work involved was not at all extensive, I felt very comfortable knowing that my furnace was in good hands, that this man took great pride in his work and wanted to share it. Besides, I was much relieved to learn that I didn't need to replace the burners.

Technician named Jeff was on time, knowledgeable, had the part in his van, and cleaned up after the job was done. Also gave me the worn out old part.

Everything went wonderfully. I have been using Ehrlich's for my heating and air conditioning needs for the past 6 years and have been extremely happy with their service. The technicians are very friendly and take the time to explain everything to me in detail. When you set up an appointment, the technician is always on time - they even call in the morning to confirm the appointment. In addition, I believe Ehrlich's prices are very reasonable.

I got 5 quotes, and they were the best price by far. I got the best system (energy efficiency) for the least from the money. They were absolutely amazing. My water heater was not vented to his liking so he did it (he felt there was a safety issue) for no extra charge. He went above and beyond the expected service. Anything they do, I would call them for. Probably the best service I ever had. Clean, printed, and detailed quote. VERY professional, and everything was explained to me in terms that I understood. I was surprised that I could get a VERY expensive TRANE brand for the least expensive price. Best price, best installation, and best product!

AS USUAL, T.J. WAS ON TIME AND EFFICIENT. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, AND CHECKED OUT FINE.

THEY ARRIVED 15 MINUTES EARLY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN GIVING HINTS THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE THOUGHT OF, ALLEN DIXON ESPECIALLY WAS PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN SHOWED ME HOW TO CLEAN BOTH SYSTEMS MYSELF. WHEN REPAIRS WERE NEEDED, THEY WERE FORTHRIGHT AND DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL ME ON ANYTHING. T.J. WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL DURING THE SERVICE CALL.
